Online order. Went in to pick up my online order and stood at the counter for 25 minutes without any acknowledgment. My sub was done, wrapped up and paid for the entire time, finally I had to Interrupt and ask for them to grab it for me, at which, then I was told to continue waiting. Complete waist of my time it would’ve been quicker to not even order online. 0/10 customer service. Will not go back.

Was some of the best chain sandwiches I've had in recent years. Hot, fresh, and delicious. I had the Black Angus Steakhouse sandwich and it was incredibly delicious. The service is amazing here, and so is everything else. Will return over and over.

The staff is great. Sandwiches are on point. But I'm pretty sure management disabled the debit option on their card reader to force credit transactions with a signed receipt required so people will leave tips.

I love Quiznos I used to run a whole bunch of them actually when I lived in Illinois and the West Chicago suburbs at its peak when I was a teenager and then of course Quiznos wins downhill with horrible marketing and a few other things so there's not as many of them so when I started working in Yelm I noticed there was a Quiznos and went in and that is my go-to place for treats for myself because they will also get the bread so I have less carbs I do miss the fact that I don't think they put oregano on the sandwiches anymore that does make a difference I didn't see any there but the staff is great I don't ever have to worry about not being able to get a lunch on my lunch break the food is good cannot complain

Great food but a little to expensive
Subs are great, I actually stoped going to subway because Quiznos is better! The tots however, are just hash brown rounds like at the grocery store.
