Reign or whatever her name is apparently is also the manager of one of the establishments was working here today and I have never encountered such a rude person at Starbucks. I asked for an additional cup for my baby and she said that there was no way to account for the EMPTY CUP! She stated she could give me a pup cup which if you have a toddler you know that would end up ALL over my back seat. When I asked why because all the stores will typically give me an empty cup when spending $20 at their facility…including this store which I go to nearly EVERYDAY! She proceeded to tell me that she will be informing all the employees that they are not to hand out empty cups or fill an empty cup as a pup cup for ANYONE. So I hope that Starbucks really stops hiring such heartless people for a plastic cup that costs the company maybe 10cents…I’m also disappointed that this is a store manager. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and understand cracking down but I asked for a cup because I couldn’t stop and hand feed my 1 yr old whip cream….will not be returning until new management takes over.

Got my coffee from the Starbuck next to the Indigo Multicare. I got a vinti cappuccino. When I arrived home the cup was half empty, and I didn’t even zip any on the way. I felt cheated.

Coffee at this location is hit and miss service is same i gave 2 stars because when I went to this location 3 separate times I asked for a !!Hot!! venti white mocha with soy it was handed to me cold I handed it back and said this is cold they told me it's because I had soy milk and that i need to say i want to steam the soy and then I say why ask if I want it !!!hot!!! Or iced if your just gonna hand me a cold drink

This Starbucks needs a new manager. It s almost as if I have entered a homeless street where it s so dirty. We spent lots of money for one item or two, and they can't even clean?! It is an embarrassing shop here in Yelm. Yelm is not even a city for crissakes. It is still a town. Keep this shop clean!!! See pics. I can't wait for the new Starbucks. They better do a better job on cleaning! I never see anyone cleaning tables at all. Starbucks employees are so lazy. This big manager needs to go. The trash can outside is never cleaned. It s disgusting. Is this how Starbucks treats us? Treat shop as if it s a home!! Last, I always was clear on toasting bagels darker, but they make them light or not even toasted. Seriously, we should toast our own ways.
My mocha literally had no coffee in it. Drinks ordered with soy had cow milk in them which made my wife and kids sick. Very disappointed.

I get 3 to 4 coffees a day (it’s a problem) and have been to every single Starbucks in WA State. Multiple times. I can show you a bank statement. This specific store is the best. Hands down. Customer Service and drink making. I don’t order anything special but typically it’s a toss up when you order that many a day. Not at the Yelm store. Every single drink is made perfect and if it isn’t….. before they even hand it to me, they remake it. Most the employees have been there a long time and if you are kind to them, which you should be, they take care of you. Best Starbucks store in the PNW. The employees are irreplaceable ❤️

This Starbucks is awesome, the staff doesn't talk as much as most Starbucks have been to but I'm not saying that's a bad thing lol. They're always pleasant and they even often remember my order and name! I'm very particular about my drink too and they always make it great.
