Not sure if it’s the manager or what but the guy who works here is rude and a horrible worker. Will not be coming back to this location. I typically don’t post reviews but this guy was a complete jerk and I’m sure we’re not the only ones who have issues with him.

My sandwich or was it ?
I ordered 2 sandwich that just meat and cheese. Nothing else that I ordered on the sandwich..
The second sandwich had stuff on it that wasn’t supposed to be on it order a BLT the bacon looked raw like it just came off a pig‘s butt
And I’m pretty sure the BLT doesn’t have chicken

we live a half hour away from this location called to complain as for a refund or for them to do a remake and come back the next day they did not do either so we threw away the sandwich the bacon on the second sandwich look raw and disgusting half the toppings that we’re on the sandwich didn’t ask for so the toppings that were for the first sandwich got put on the second sandwich so I got one sandwich was a plain sandwich the second sandwich Has everything else on it. It’s like the first sandwich had a baby with the second sandwich and the baby was the mess.

The second sandwich, the baby ““ had chicken on it. The sandwich didn’t come with chicken nor did I ask for chicken, but there it is got a little extra I guess.

Ordered 3 subs and took them home to discover they switched the toppings on the two footlong subs. Since the one sub has jalapeños on it the person it was intended for couldn’t eat it. What a waste. Tried to contact the manager but they don’t answer their phone and when I emailed corporate twice they resolved the case by doing nothing and didn’t even reach out. Poor customer service!!

Fast is fine but Accurate is final

Brought up from a 0 to a 2 because of customer service being great. Other than that, the subway is getting cheap. Charging more to put less on. Haven't been to Subway in a couple of months, but I was surprised to see the portion size. A piece of paper is thicker. I know inflation is a thing, but there's got to be a line drawn at some point.

We just left this store a little bit ago and it was the best experience we’ve had at a Subway in a very long time. Sarah helped us today and she was an absolute pleasure! They recently got new management and it was like a different restaurant, in both the quality of food and service. We will absolutely be visiting again!

I don't understand the bad reviews I had great service i was just in there on 3/7/25 the manager was cutting some meats turned around was nice talking to us call some one from the back to help us as she told us she could not walk away from the cutter there were 2 men in there also so nice I guess you can't please them all made the sandwiches and they all were still talking a bit after they made them A+++ all around to the staff that was working keep up the good work it was the night shift did not get there names

UPDATE: I filed a complaint with washington state department of health both my fiance and I got sick from eating here 12/22/2024. Hopefully for other customers a well known fact that this Subway is consistently a let down. Old bread, skimpy on ingredients and slower service.

Very good experience overall, staff is quick and precise whenever I come in. I’ve never had a mobile order with incorrect items. Lobby is always clean and back of house appears to be just as clean from the lobby as well.

I tried to make a complaint to Subway, but the site no longer alows that. I ordered via the app. I had to write at the bottom like normal so they could heat the meat up without toasting the bread. This was the worst made sub I have ever had. They forgot ingredients, including most of the meat that should have been on the subs. This was just a wet mess with what ingredients were there were all over.

I order online with the express purpose of not having to wait. Often I arrive to find that in-person orders are being prepared ahead of online; today was no different. Upon arriving home I found the order to be less than edible. The bread was burnt and hard. Often I get home and find my food less than stellar. The person behind the counter made many excuses while remaking a sandwich that ended up being short the extra bacon I ordered. I'll no longer patronize this Subway, consider it lesson learned.
