The only taco bell in yelm, and it's also the worst taco bell I've ever been too. You order a box, you get a bag, you order extra hard tacos and you get 3 out of 4. You order soda and it's flat with no fizz. They need to shut this place down or throw out the whole work crew.

If you order any meal and then order an additional soft taco they automatically think that means to replace the taco that comes with the meal.
"Can I get a number ten"

I have ordered here three times since moving to yelm and they have gotten my order wrong three times. Jesus Christ bro, get it together.

So today around lunchtime, I ordered food for myself, my kid and my lady. We had a small wait at the window so we were eager to get home to eat. I say this because we didn't check the bag. I was missing 2 of the chicken little sandwiches! Heartbreak. I then grabbed the stk, extra stk burrito I ordered. No extra stk! Again, Heartbreak. My wife went back and they sent me this beaut. It's not about messing up, we all make mistakes. It's about how you make it right. Go team Yelm!

The employee and manager came in clutch tonight for my little family! My internet wasn't cooperating for me to order an online exclusive cause I'm on the outskirts of town between two towers. Donovan who was working the drive thru, and the manager Jessica allowed my fiance to do the exclusive anyways given the circumstances! I'd what anyone says this is my favorite Location! Thank you guys again so much!!

I am beyond words. Our Yelm Taco Bell shares with Yelm KFC. I had ordered KFC online for pickup tonight. The app read "pending" for over an hour. I went down to the drive though to just order. The KFC portion of the restaurant was closed. My mom has alzheimers and doesn't eat well. There are few things she still likes to eat. I had mentioned this to the drive through customer service staff member as I tried to figure out which Taco Bell items mom might actually eat. I ordered for my husband and I as well. I didn't order my daughters cheesy roll-ups as it was late at this point. My order was still over $56. When I go to the windows I was told to look at my receipt.... they had "discounted" my entire order!!!! The one working the window informed me that she didn't have manager codes and couldn't change it when I insisted on paying. I broke out in tears. Right there in the drive through. This lovely person just said; life will get better ma'am. Please don't cry." I've never been so impressed with human decency. And after a week of severe trauma with my mom's health declining severely, our beloved pet dying unexpectedly of heart attack, and just burning out in general. Bless you, the folks running Yelm KFC/Taco Bell at 11:15 on Wed, 8/28. Also, yo the commenter just below me.... If missing biscuits is the worst thing to happen to you today, you're doing great! Rather than spending your time "messaging corporate about this theft", maybe take a moment to recognize that all are trying their best to survive, customer service doesn't pay enough, and you have a darn good life if you have time and energy to be concerned about such things. ❤️

Asked for a cheese quesodilla got a chicken ? one and my daughter is on the autism spectrum, so it created a problem big time bc of her textures issues!! Wasn't happy at all!! Drive thru needs to do a much better quality control!! That was today at about 1:50pm and they didn't have strawberry lemonade ? ?
