First of all let me just say I been coming here since it got built and never had a problem with the food or with the workers there, i dont know if yall coming on your bad day or if yall just wanting to see the bad in everything instead of the good but we gotta realize this burger king is not like the other ones in the lower valley which are bigger this one is zillah is run off a small crew who put in work day and night me personally never got sick off the food , yes sometimes I have a messed of order or a few missing items here thats understandable we are humans we are not perfect everyday we make mistakes that okay its just food there's no need to have a sort of bad attitude when it comes to waiting in line or having to re say your order a few times that dont hurt nobody, Be bless we even have the opportunity in life to even pull up to a drive thru and have someone make our food and give it to us with out us even moving out from our vehicle's
I had my order mess up last night on halloween what did I do i just ate what I got laughed it off and gave them a call they returned it the next morning and the manager personally told me to come.pick my missing items with no hesitation on second guessing it thats a class act on my part didnt even have to contact me but they did This establishment is doing an amazing job sure the workers are young adults but you gotta realize they coming off school or another work to be there

There was a female worker who was in kitchen who refused to do my order after they messed up and said in Spanish to the other workers that she made my order right and I was in the wrong , safe to say I’ll be going to Pizza Hut subway McDonalds and avoiding this place it’s not up to standard you’ve been warned

We had the most awful service at this BK. I wouldn’t even call it service. Poor treatment. The employees were extremely rude, slow and you could tell they really don’t care about serving their customers. I watched the sandwiches pile up on the heat plate. They paid no attention to their orders just sitting there. Every single interaction they had with their customers was awful. We waited 30 minutes to get our food.

Whats the point of doing a mobile order when you still have to wait for your food to be made when you get there? Not the first time either. Always regret coming to this location.

First, had to go back around in the drive through, because my buddies and I couldn't pay for all of our orders together. Then I paid for an 8pc and had to go back, because, despite charging me for the 8 I wanted, they only gave me 6; Wonderful, so despite the horrible service, I went back to get what I paid for, and they were really rude about making my order right, and the mozzarella sticks they gave me were broken, and Lukewarm. I'm not sure how they managed to give my friend her twenty-four, but they couldn't manage in a separate order, on the second drive around, to give me a solid 8, as a paid for them. Honestly have never been so disappointed by McDonald's, definitely won't be back here.

Bought some nuggets as a snack. The nuggets were different temperatures from one another. Stomach felt off less than 30 minutes later. Within two hours of eating them, I was sitting in the bathroom floor tossing them back up into the toilet.

By far the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Rude employees and messed up orders. Been going for 3 years and nothing has changed. Waiting at the pay window for 5 minutes is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen. After 3+ years in business you’d think they’d figure it out.
