My drink was mostly ice. 😣 I took maybe only 3 sips before my 16 oz drink was almost only half full. They filled the cup to the brim full of ice. Lol. I usually don’t even finish 16 oz drinks when I go elsewhere but this first time coming here, I only got probably less than half a portion as when I go elsewhere.

This stand is the best! I'm from out of town and this staff took excellent care of me! I purchased a 24oz Pink Lotus with strawberry pomegranate and green apple cold foam! I had my g'babies with me and they made them some hot chocolate! It was the perfect Temperature and not too hot! I love this stand! The staff is friendly and helpful! 🩷💜♥️💃🎶🎵

I was in line with two cars ahead of me for almost 35 minutes. I wanted to leave, but this is such a tiny town that I didn’t know if I would get anything except Circle K coffee if I looked elsewhere. So I sat and waited. And waited. And waited. And waited…
Some DJT-lovin good old boys washed their huge LOOK-AT-ME trucks at the self wash bays — NOT 50 FEET AWAY from the coffee stand; Consequently, I had to LITERALLY YELL my order to the person on the other side of the counter even though we were only 3-4 feet away because the sound of the pressure washers were so close
Was there for 35 minutes for a cup of plain drip coffee. Which was actually good. But coffee would’ve been good enough to make the experience worth it. Whether it was incompetence or understaffing, this place was almost as bad as they come.

Unfortunately the customer service and quality of drinks has gone down lately. I waited in a pretty long line this morning. A young lady came to my window and asked what I'd like, I told her I didn't know she rolled her eyes and walked past me. Usually I dislike lines but today I was grateful because I was undecided. This has happened twice in two weeks. Therefore the review. These ladies need to review their customer service.

Normally we have a great experience and good drinks here but not today. My son got a hot Carmel mocha this morning around 8am and unfortunately didn't try it until we were already on the freeway. I tried it too and it tasted like hot water with a slight flavor of who knows what in it!! 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️. Definitely a waste of his $6. 😔. I appreciate that most of the time Grinders gets it right but it takes just this one time to push customers away.
