Unfortunately the customer service and quality of drinks has gone down lately. I waited in a pretty long line this morning. A young lady came to my window and asked what I'd like, I told her I didn't know she rolled her eyes and walked past me. Usually I dislike lines but today I was grateful because I was undecided. This has happened twice in two weeks. Therefore the review. These ladies need to review their customer service.

Normally we have a great experience and good drinks here but not today. My son got a hot Carmel mocha this morning around 8am and unfortunately didn't try it until we were already on the freeway. I tried it too and it tasted like hot water with a slight flavor of who knows what in it!! 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️. Definitely a waste of his $6. 😔. I appreciate that most of the time Grinders gets it right but it takes just this one time to push customers away.

I use to love going there, but since Athena left its not the same. Today I went there and service was extremely slow. I was behind one car and sat there for 6 mins.Three girls in the stand. Second time I have left due to slow service. such a shame.

I love grinders don’t get me wrong , but i got a sf flavor lotus with regular lotus and cream and i know that the cream seperates but it never does when i get it like this… the drink looked not drinkable? this is after recently mixing it.

We aren't Mexican food lovers. We go to this restaurant when we stay at the nearby Best Western hotel. The food is good and plentiful. The place is usually busy and noisy with diners enjoying themselves. The menu is large so everyone should be able to find something to like. The service is usually good too with chips and salsa to start things off. The food is a little expensive, but the convenient location is nice.
Excellent coffee and baristas were fast and personable. Americano was on point. Can’t hide bad coffee in one of those.

I have come here multiple times and hadn’t had a problem at least that I didn’t see and this time was terrible there was HAIR in my drink!!!!?This had happened before but with a way longer hair but that was a while ago and I started coming again recently and they were good so far but this time once again they should start wearing hair nets or putting there hair in a pony tail and using a lint roller before they start because that’s just nasty and I took a sip of it before I saw it so I literally just got one sip and have to throw away the whole drink!!!!!

Burnt coffee. Got a basic vanilla latte with an extra shot and whip cream. I get this at every coffee stand. Had 0 flavor, was not really sweetened at all, all I could taste was burnt coffee. It was only 9:15 am why is the coffee burnt.
