Not food-related: One of our puppies jumped out of the car when we were at the eye doctor across the street. We didn't notice until we were already across town at Costco. When we called the eye doctor, the receptionist said she could see our puppy at the McDonald's across the way. I tried 27 times to phone McDonald's to let them know to watch out for her as we were on our way back. The line was busy. We called the Circle K. Check your phones! They are not working.

Got home started to eat my Quarter Pounder with cheese had no Bacon after I ordered bacon and the label on the box said bacon too.

I don’t normally comment on McDonalds but the management and staff here are extraordinary. This is the first clean and professional McDonalds I have ever eaten at.
Honestly the most mc donalds ive been to is horrible be prepared to get ignored and if your tryna pay at the counter to order to give specific order like no salt on fries there gonna add the salt regardless ive seen a door dasher tell them and they still gave the salted fries when it clearly said no salt on fries Also the manager ariel very rude idk how shes a manager there ticket times im sure are 20-30mins they focus on drive thru cant handle the door dashes and cant handle the lobby plus mobile orders my food was cold

I ordered breakfast and I got home to realize they for my breakfast sandwich. When I tried calling the store to let them know, I realize they dont even have a phone number that can be called. It's just a dial tone. What type of business has no phone???
