You need to be prepared for high volume orders nights. Much like Super Bowl Sunday, the staff was not prepared for last night fight. I was not prepared to wait an hour and a half, for cold pizzas and no breadstick. No one was manning the lobby. And the lobby was probably at capacity. Someone could have been stationed in the lobby and a runner going after orders. Someone who walked in a half hour after and lobby of us. And only waited 15 minutes for his pizza, was so irritating. His order was scheduled after all our orders. I will most likely be back. But not on fight nights or Super Bowl Sunday.

My grandparents live here and I’m from out of town, Spokane to be exact.
My grandma spoke with Im not sure, a young gal on the phone and my grandma said it sounded like she was not paying attention because she was slow to respond to everything my grandma said during the order. I’m not sure if the girl my gram spoke to you while ordering was playing on her phone while my gram was talking and trying to order or what, my grandma is over 80 years old and she ordered a pizza for myself, her and gramp for dinner because she can hardly cook and my gramp is 82 and I have wounds all over my feet and a bone infection, Osteomyelitis. The customer service was horrible. As we speak it has been almost 2 hours since my grandma ordered the pizza for us and we still have not got it. I’m annoyed, disappointed and angry at the customer service from this Pizza Hut in Zillah, WA. The Pizza Hut staff told my 80 year old grandma she didn’t know if we wanted the order or not and when my grandma asked “why didn’t they call”. The response my grandma got was “ not sure, we don’t know how”. I thought that’s probably a lie, everything has caller id now days. Don’t go here you’ll be waiting hours for your pizza! M

June 7 2024 You guys lost a customer forever the fact that I cannot get someone to file a complaint with the store shows me how unprofessional Pizza Hut franchise is. The website provided to file a complaint doesn’t work!! All make sure to tell my family to stop coming. All be going to papa Murphy’s instead at least I know my pizza will be cooked well
My pizza was dough! It was disgusting I’ve been trying to get a refund or a new one and no one can help me. It was covered in oil. It fell apart! 05/31/24 8:48pm and it’s now 10:15 My pizza was “checked by Michael” and no one wanted to give me the mangers NAME !! No one they kept making up names like Tiffany
I ordered and paid for a super Supreme which has 5 meats instead of 3 like the regular Supreme has. Mine had 3 meats. Also ordered the breadsticks and soda deal I got the breadsticks but no soda. I called and they said we are out of the soda you ordered. well maybe call the customer back and let them know instead of charging them for something they didn't get. They did eventually send a soda replacement but I shouldn't have to of called to make it happen.

I ordered a pan pizza!! Hawaiian. Hot and delicious ?. My daughter lives in that town and I order a pizza every time I visit. That's every 2 weeks.
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking for handicap and pickup spots ,which is even better.
