We visited last night because our daughter's team had a game and their bus broke down outside of Zillah on the way home. We decided to run back and grab some pizzas to feed the girls while they awaited a new bus. We came in, and the short staffed Zillah location went out of their way to help us get our pizza quickly, they cut the slices smaller for us, and got us on our way so that we could take care of a bus full of very hungry and tired athletes. The employee that helped us directly was very kind, and she helped us to the truck, and went above and beyond, and I just can't say enough about her help during a time where we were all tired and stressed out. I can't recommend this location and staff enough! Never has a Pizza Hut employee anywhere been so thoughtful and kind to us, and we appreciate her greatly. Thank you SO MUCH for your help and for your kindness, it made the girls VERY happy and brought a decent end to a rough night!

I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order over the phone, which was routed through a call center. After placing the order, I called my local store to verify it—and found out that the order was incorrect. The store told me the pizza had already been made.
When I asked about correcting it, the employee I spoke with was rude. She told me, “you didn’t place an order with us, so it’s not our fault,” and then added, “we’ll just make you your pan pizza!” in a VERY disrespectful tone.
I understand mistakes happen, but I expect to be treated respectfully when trying to resolve an issue. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was extremely disappointing.

I hope this message finds you well. I'm writing to share some concerns I've encountered during my visits to your location.
Unfortunately, each time I've visited, l've noticed a persistent moldy odor inside the restaurant. Additionally, l've experienced some stomach discomfort after eating the meals, which I believe may be related to the environment.

Pizza Hut is absolutely disgusting 🤢 DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. It’s not the same anymore. It tastes so fake. The marinara sauce is bland. The pepperoni tastes like a fake hot dog. I feel sick to my stomach. Yuck 🤮 don’t get food here no matter how desperate and hungry you are!

I ordered ahead of time exp to just swing by and grab the pizza. When I showed up the screen said that the order was ready. I waited for the person in front of me to finish and then let the employee know that I was there to pick up the pizza. He then proceeded to help so else after me. He then went and got orders for three others (2 before me & one after). He then proceeded taking others orders and after he completed that, went to the back again. When he reappeared I asked if my order was ready and that the screen said it was ready twenty minutes ago. He said “The screen says it’s ready? It’s ready if the screen says it is ready.” I asked how I get my pizza then. He said “Oh I have to go get it.” I then asked him to go get it which he did. Wow. That was a lot to go through to get a cold pizza that sat too long waiting for the guy to go get it for me.

Ordered $100 in pizzas on the app then called to ask they add peppers and Parmesan cheese to the order. The lady on the phone was not courteous, but despite that did say she would add it to my order. When they delivered the pizza, the peppers and Parmesan or not in the order. The lady who delivered it said she had not been told. Also, pizzas were not baked all the way through as normal, the bottoms were doughy.

You need to be prepared for high volume orders nights. Much like Super Bowl Sunday, the staff was not prepared for last night fight. I was not prepared to wait an hour and a half, for cold pizzas and no breadstick. No one was manning the lobby. And the lobby was probably at capacity. Someone could have been stationed in the lobby and a runner going after orders. Someone who walked in a half hour after and lobby of us. And only waited 15 minutes for his pizza, was so irritating. His order was scheduled after all our orders. I will most likely be back. But not on fight nights or Super Bowl Sunday.
I waited an hour for my pizza, even though the app said it was ready. When I finally received it, there was hair in the pizza. Extremely disappointing experience.

My grandparents live here and I’m from out of town, Spokane to be exact.
My grandma spoke with Im not sure, a young gal on the phone and my grandma said it sounded like she was not paying attention because she was slow to respond to everything my grandma said during the order. I’m not sure if the girl my gram spoke to you while ordering was playing on her phone while my gram was talking and trying to order or what, my grandma is over 80 years old and she ordered a pizza for myself, her and gramp for dinner because she can hardly cook and my gramp is 82 and I have wounds all over my feet and a bone infection, Osteomyelitis. The customer service was horrible. As we speak it has been almost 2 hours since my grandma ordered the pizza for us and we still have not got it. I’m annoyed, disappointed and angry at the customer service from this Pizza Hut in Zillah, WA. The Pizza Hut staff told my 80 year old grandma she didn’t know if we wanted the order or not and when my grandma asked “why didn’t they call”. The response my grandma got was “ not sure, we don’t know how”. I thought that’s probably a lie, everything has caller id now days. Don’t go here you’ll be waiting hours for your pizza! M
