I recently won an almost $300 bid on bookshelf on their online auction and it did not have all the parts. I’ve emailed and called countless times trying to figure out how to find the missing pieces (cannot be built with only 2/5 side pieces) or what can be done. After finally receiving a response that they “personally” can promise all pieces were there on pick up (nothing was bundled together, laid out loosely on a blanket upon pickup) they refuse to offered a refund or even any solution because it’d been “too long”. I won the bid in June and then started attempting to build in August, reached out starting August 8th multiple times for responses throughout the month to be told on August 27th no refund will be given due to “the lapse in time”. I find this complete unacceptable and terrible customer service. How can you provide online auctions with no promise or guarantee the item is complete? If I could rate 0 stars I would, both customer service and business practices are terrible. Extremely frustrated and unhappy with my experience.
Attached is a picture of the instruction that shows they did not know if all pieces were attached but still sold the item anyway.
Not great service food was not good 😭
Our waitress was great, but our food not at all. my appetizer was cold and needed to reheated, we ordered the salmon dinner sat at our table for about 45 minutes when the waitress informed us they ran out salmon and cooks failed to inform her... Very disappointed..
Great food.. best price on furniture...
This has become a favorite spot for us to eat and we regularly drive down from Yakima to do so. They have a good menu with enough variety for everyone and the prices are reasonable. Their steaks are some of the best in the area. We have been especially impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the owner and the wait staff. They have always gone out of their way to make sure we are happy with the dining experience and the food. It is located in an old fruit warehouse where they have furniture auctions in the evenings on the weekends making it a fun and unique dining experience. Also, they have the best clam chowder I have had anywhere in the state.

Such good deals and prices.
The food is AMAZING. The staff is kind and attentive. What a cute fun place for craft cocktails and gives off a nice old timey charm. How many places can you have a good drink and a fun live auction? 10/10 would recommend. Won’t find another experience like this while eating the best food.
It took over 45 minutes to receive our order. We actually considered walking out.
Cool building and good food

Excellent restaurant. Well run auction, great selection of inventory.
This was an interesting place. It is located within an old wooden warehouse type building. We had a local draft beer and looked at the meat/fish/poultry heavy menu. They did have an Impossible burger substitute for the burgers. The place was crowded (Saturday night) with diners and auction participants. The room next door was full of various types of furniture that was available to bid on later in the evening. The restaurant and the furniture rooms were divided by a sort petition. The place was noisy with little room for social distancing. Employees wore masks, customers did not. The quality of the menu and drinks as well as the furniture auction were a surprise especially in such a small community!!!!
You know the sitcom Cheers? For me, its like that 🥰
Great restaurant! Wonderful food, interesting/inviting atmosphere!
I’m grateful to have this excellent food in my little hometown!
