Both cheeseburger buns were covered in ketchup and folded in half. It looked like someone stomped on our sandwiches with how terrible they looked. Our Diet Coke was also flat and warm. Just drive to the next McDonald’s rather than stopping here.

Please, if marked" already here" in the app start my food, I would rather it be a little bit cold then have to wait for it to be made it when I arrive which is the entire point of ordering ahead, Staff is always kind just this location tends to get busy being on the highway, the only way it seems to get them to make the food ahead of time is to do counter pickup service in the app.

I've gotten the Happy meals in the past for my little one today I decided to use the app and I just found out they have the option for toys for toddlers under three turns out it's a little book that was a pleasant surprise. How do I get to go home and read the book to my kid

Mobile app'd an order and arrived at restaurant 10 mins later. Lobby was full and several tables occupied w/o food. Waited near Mobile Pickup shelves and 23 minutes after order, my food was delivered at the other end of counter by a lady who yelled out my name, dropped the bag and left. I tried quickly to get to other end of counter but other folks had their hands in my bag so I asked a different clerk to retrieve it and why my mobile order was placed over there for which answer "I don't know". Went to car and noticed that McChicken box opened and French Fries cold. I tossed the entire meal and aborted even trying to obtain a refund because of the long lines. While I was waiting for my order, I watched a very disgruntled staff throwing stuff around in the kitchen with the floor full of trash. This location should be concerned about food safety and unfortunately I couldn't voice my experience on mcdvoice.com because the printer receipt was low on ink and survey code not legible.

Waited 10 mins for my food, was told to pull ahead for a Cheeseburger and med fry. But the guy behind me got 2 large bags and 2 kids meals. And my fries were cold and soggy. Worst visit ever.

Only reason I was there was because it's the only fast food besides subway. Grosser than it was 10 years ago when I stopped eating there. Burger was cold and had to ask why I only had half of the fries I was supposed to get. Subway is where I'll go if I end up in that town again.

Everybody is so nice here! Especially the manager Sue, she has great talking skills and knows how to make customers laugh. The food tastes so good, like the flavors literally melt on your tongue...
