Pizza Hut

This is absolutely a throwback to the classic 90s pizza hut experience, except no video game machine. They are so focused on bringing that 90s vibe to life that they haven't vacuumed in 30 years, just to keep even the 90s dust bunnies around too!

Seriously, they are understaffed, the food is fine, but the facilities are fairly disgusting. It needs a cleaning in the worst way.

5 minutes to get seated. (Dining room empty) ordered 2 sodas to start. Another 5 minutes. Ordered breadsticks, garlic bread and pizza. 11 minutes for garlic bread and breadsticks. No plates or silverware or napkins. Server said he'll be right back with plates etc...another 13 minutes, pizza, plates silverware and no napkins except what was wrapped around the silverware. floor was disgusting. Pizza sauce smeared on the wall in our booth. Looks like it's been there for a few days. And while waiting for our plates and silverware , 2 people behind the counter felt it was more important to split up the tips. Food was good but service and hospitality was nonexistent. For the record, we were the only 2 people in the Dining area throughout the whole time we were there

A step back in time to classic Pizza Hut that I remember as a kid. Excellent pizza and super fast and friendly service.

My hubby placed a to go order for pizza and wings and I must say everything was done to perfection. Our food looked like it was prepared for a Pizza Hut commercial and it was the best tasting pizza that we've had in a long time. May God bless the staff for caring enough to provide excellent service!

Food is great, people are nice and friendly, and my order was ready and hot when I got there. Buffet is also open on Wednesdays again from 11-1 and 4-7!!

I was on a long road trip and was just looking for nostalgia: above my expectations was the great customer service of my whole extended weekend. Even with an appearance that there may have been slim staffing (one person doing all the customer interactions), everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I appreciate the atmosphere allowed other patrons to feel patient with my children (even in a high chair and booth both had some issues with volume and wiggles from the long travel day). I genuinely expected nostalgia sized pizza and for the bargain had a great time.

I went to go pick something up, and the cashier was absolutely nice and good at her job. I know of her, and she should definitely get a raise. I LOVE THIS PIZZA IN GENERAL COME HERE NOW

Incredibly tired of dealing with rude people who work here on professional, get the order wrong unapologetic unwilling to make things right. The online app will actually jack up the price compared to if you order it on the phone. Inconsistent

To ALL THE STAFF ..I understand y'all might be short staff some days.. this is a small town we get it some young folks doesn't want to show up to work, if 4 people shows up for work 2 people can run the kitchen and answer the phone, 1 person can keep a look out for carry outs and dine in..1 person can do deliveries

Tried ording online would not go thow. Said be done in 15 showed up 25mins wad still not done. Would not even give a discount for online not working. Very poor customer relations

Ordered delivery got called way after order to say they didn't have a delivery person and if I wanted to cancel or come and get it so I said I'd come and get it then I get a text from doordash saying somebody's delivering so I wait then all of a sudden nobody's delivering so I call back and they say the delivery was canceled and that I need to come and get it so I go get it get back home get a text saying that doordash is going to deliver my pizza now mind you my pizza didn't even come the way I ordered it I had charge for an extra order of fries and gave an 18% tip for my trouble not their trouble my troubles and all they could say is sorry sorry nothing was ever done to fix it this is the third time I've ordered from this place in it's been mixed up
