Great food, great staff, & great atmosphere! 10/10 recommend.

We are regulars and are highly disappointed with service lately. Waitress staff is extremely rude, won’t ask if drinks need to be refilled. won’t clear tables in a timely manner , kitchens taken over an hour for simple food the past SEVERAL times we have been there. There’s no manager to complain to unless the owner is there. Reached out to the owner to complain and we basically get told they will fix the things and then they don’t. Now to top it all off I get told to no longer come back and got personally messaged by the wait staff! Not professional at all!

We have always loved coming here. Great food and great service. Although New Year's Eve night my husband and I went there. And have to say very disappointed. We ordered the prime rib. I ordered mine very well done, it came out bloody. And it got all over my other food.we asked for it to be cooked longer so the bartender took it back. it came back on the same plate and same bloody potatos. then when we went to pay we was told we couldn't tip with our cards it had to be cash. So my husband had to pull money out of the ATM and it charged a fee.just was not happy with it tonight at all.

Great fish fry, homemade pizza half price on Sat, excellent sandwiches,ribs, and chicken.

Stopped in while traveling for a quick bite. Football was on all of the televisions and there were quite a few people there. Food came pretty quickly and the portions were generous. The drinks were excellent and the prices fair. Would definitely stop there again! Also, bathrooms were very clean - nice work.

Holy Moly of all my years in Wisconsin. This is truly the best I've had. ..the perch, the garlic red potatoes. The bloody mary. the tropical drink In a pale. And the prime rib sandwich. Were absolutely delicious and im a trained chef and a proud food snob! Trust me wen i say. 10 out of 10. Do not miss this place.

I live 5 hours away and my In-Laws and hobbies take me nearby. Jack's is my go to place when I am in town. It's a welcoming environment, family friendly, and great atmosphere to hang out and watch a game or chat with your group. If you are lucky, Justin the owner will be there and he will have time to meet and chat with you. They have lots of specials and there is something there for everyone to eat and drink. The physical location has changed hands and names a lot in the 20+ years I have been at the location, but this is my favorite set up without a doubt since Justin took it over. Try it out.

Unfortunately, the fried haddock was probably the worst fish fry I have ever had. It was a long thin piece that had more crunchy batter than actual fish. The others in our group who had it felt the same way. Those who had baked haddock or perch were much happier! Service was slow, but I understand that being understaffed is a problem in the service industry.
