Didn't get whole order. When I went back in to get rest they took the burger I got and I thought they were adding the rest of my order but they threw away the burger and brought me just fries and cookies. I let them know I ordered the meal so they went to remake the burger but left fries sitting there so the burger was fresh but fries were cold.

Extremely long wait time for food missing my drink gave up and left. Waited 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru line. Finally got to the window parked me. Did not order anything special. No add-ons. No subtractions. No modifications. Standard fish sandwich standard McDouble. The service at this door is atrocious always. I do not recommend this McDonald's

Stop for breakfast for my daughter and I on our way home, I have never had someone so rude! I ordered a large iced coffee and when she handed it to me it was not a large. So she proceeded to get short with me and go you ordered a medium and the proceeds to say I’ll remake it and SLAMS the drive thru window as I was about so say I’d pay the difference for what I wanted. Then the next lady come over to window and slams it open and snaps at me to pull forward! I was upset until this point which now I’m irritated, pull forward bring out my iced coffee and says have good day. As I’m still waiting for my food! Asked if I could have my food and she then tries to be nice says oh I didn’t know. I will drive out of my way before I stop here ever again!!!
I ordered food at the kiosk inside - Did not receive a receipt because the printer was out of paper. Three customers that ordered after me were served first. After 15 minutes, I then asked about my order and it was pulled from the back like it was forgotten. The food was not hot. The receipt in the bag was removed so I could not give an official survey. Do not recommend this McDonald's based on service alone.

Don’t even waste your time. The workers here couldn’t give a crap less about your meal I would take your business over to the green-bay McDonald’s locations. Enjoy “renting” their food until it makes an emergency exit.
