After ordering food for my family we payed over 80$ and no one showed up, we waited over an hr before calling to find out no one was bringing our food out and they would be refunding the order. There is a snow storm going on but it's not like the snow was a surprise it has be crappy weather most of the day , if they didn't have a driver they shouldn't have taken the order.

Ordered over the phone and requested an Alfredo pizza with spinach and artichoke. Ordered a second pizza which was an alfredo pizza with chicken and spinach on thin crust. Received 2 pizzas fairly quickly which was great however they were incorrect. We received a chicken Alfredo pizza with bacon and tomatoes plus spinach and artichoke on the regular crust and the same thing on thin crust minus the artichoke and chicken however there was still bacon and tomatoes. No one in the house can eat tomatoes due to dietary restrictions and there's a vegetarian who won't touch the pizza because of the bacon. After calling to see if it can be corrected was told that's what comes on the pizza. However that's not what was ordered. So instead of offering a way to correct the issue after spending almost $70 for two pizzas it was requested to talk to a manager who could fix it. The teen or young adult on the phone took the information but it has now been well over an hour and no return call. Extremely unimpressed with the way the situation was handled. While I'm willing to accept that the alfredo pizza with chicken may have come with the other items they were both still wrong and not something that can be just picked off and eaten without someone suffering serious consequences for eating it. Seriously disappointed and will not be recommending this place to anyone in the near future.

I am completely disappointed with this establishment. I have company from out of state and I recommend this place. They have a child unsupervised taking orders. She gets the orders wrong and apparently the cook cannot read because he/She puts the wrong pizza on the wrong crust. On top of that both pizzas come with toppings that were not ordered. Now I have to tell 2 people who are allergic to tomatoes and one vegetarian they can just pick stuff off because the restaurant manager will not call me back and the child staff can not replace the order they screwed up. If this is the best Buckys can offer I will not be back. It cost us 66.00 dollars for 2 pizzas that no one can eat! Disgusted

We ordered two Italian beef sandwichs with cheese and peppers at extra cost and it gets to my house and the containers are dripping I ask the driver why are they dripping and he says ohh, they should be fine and open them up and the ju's sauce spilled and my frys and everything where's gross soggy. We called about it and the owner say ohh I'm sorry that shouldn't have happened and I'll put money on your rewards for it I checked and not even $5 so ridiculous......

This is the third time I have ordered and my food did not come. The way I've ordered it. How hard is it to put cheese on an Italian beef? When you're ordered and charged for it.

Just ordered mozz sticks, a pizza, and 2 orders of baked mostacolli w meatballs and 2 sides of marinara sauce. Received 1 marinara sauce and the mostacolli dinners have no sauce on them, very very very dry especially with the meatballs added in. I imagine this would taste pretty damn good if they hadn't forgotten the sauce.
The people are kind and the food is good. Like any restaurant, there are occasional issues, but overall, we enjoy them and will continue to order.
Kid-friendliness: Small pizza place, but definitely family friendly.
