Went in to get a sub and a pretzel stick. Was told it would be an additional $1 for cheese to go with the pretzel stick. Was in the understanding that the cheese is part of the pretzel stick. Kinda dumb to get a pretzel stick and not get cheese they go together. I will not be ordering another pretzel stick if I have to pay additional money for cheese. That’s pretty dumb

Visited today 8/19 and tried to purchase several subs when I got to the register I was told I needed to use cash, no problem when I gave the young man $100.00 I was told he would need to copy/scan my drivers license the same was true with a $50.00 dollar bill. What gives this establishment any right to copy my personal information and store it where it cannot guarantee it. Joe Heimsch

It took about 10 minutes to order because nobody was in sight. The lady who did see me just went to use the bathroom and didn't say anything. The other gentleman that I did see was on a computer doing something also didn't say anything . When I finally ordered, I ordered a 6-in meatball sub, they charged me for a footlong meatball sub. I didn't know that they made a footlong cuz I couldn't see the sub until the end. Instead of charging me for a 6 in like I had ordered they told me to save it for later. It's not the sub that I'm worried about. I don't need a footlong Subway sandwich. It's the money that I spent that was not accurate to what I ordered.

Vegetarian options: Good selection of vegetarian items and lots more too for others great selection of sandwiches I love the sweet Terriaki chicken it's my favorite.
Parking: Lots of free parking and handicapp too.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of great kids items on menu and they can make their own so it's great .
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes plenty of handicapp parking and seating and washrooms too.

Great staff! They, like everywhere, struggle with help issues, but they work hard to satisfy the customer. You can call ahead for food and they are always on time when you arrive! I like the subs, but the calzones are really good!

Employees should be required to wear hair nets. I don't know about you but I don't enjoy hair in my food. Old lady at check out is always rude and condescending. If they don't enjoy there job that much go get a new one McDonald's is always hiring. By far worst subway around.

I messed up, long day did not pay attention when I got food and sat there waiting like an idiot. Andrea was very patient and professional, calm and friendly through out. Amazing service and quality. 13 stars alone for dealing with me on top of prompt service and very fresh food. Connie was friendly and patient as well, good people, good service will definitely be back. 13 stars!!! Amazing sevice!!
