The prices are too high I paid $5 for a cheeseburger but on the menu the cheeseburger say 299 they have doubled the prices or maybe it's because I was a black person I don't think they deal with black people very well

Really friendly staff and the food’s pretty solid. Wait times are usually quick, though every now and then it can be a little slower. Overall, still a good spot to grab a meal.

Waited for ten minutes for a single cheeseburger while my float sits and melts. Three workers standing around looking like they have nothing to do
Placed order on app. Pulled up at drive thru said I ordered thru app. ( no other cars in drive thru) was told to pull around to employees door. I waited over 10 min check the app it says my order was completed. So I walked in and apparently the general manager taking care of the window never told them I was there. She tried to say they were busy but hello I was watching it wasn't and my food was ready just sitting there. I made them remake it because no one wants fries that have been sitting over 10 min.
Not sure I will bother withthe app again for this location.

Nice place for food
I have lived in Algoma for over three years, and have enjoyed all A & W provides. With every visit I have spent Over $30 dollars, (at least two times a month). I live a block and a half from that location. Over those three years i have had the pleasure of walking my German Shepherd and was always have been greeting kindly by your employees Brooklyn and Willow who, when seeing my arrival with my puppy, have made the above and over the opportunity to make me feel happy and produce a "pup-cup" for my Shepherd, (I'm guessing a 50 cent treat). However, the last two times, I was turned away. The first for saying they were busy for a game? The second tonight, when I was told by Rachel that said the manager, Leigh stated no "pup cups" unless a meal was included. I told her I will not be visiting A & W in the future and will alert all my friends and neighbors of your decision. I myself are in marketing, and have to wonder, a fifty cent "pup cup" would warrant a ban on even one stop at your restaurant for $30 visit! And finally, if I have gotten two "pup cups a week", well, we live in a close knit community! you do the math. I wish you well, however and always remember.

The food was great and so was the service.
They were very busy but they had it under control
Small place but food is good.
Slow service. Most of the food wasn't warm.

Very nice and helpful
Stopped here at like 3:50, not a busy time. I am unsure why it is hard to place the fries in a kids meal when it is ordered.
