I got biscuits and gravy with hash browns and a scrambled egg. Unfortunately my food was cold and bland. My husband got the country omelette and enjoyed it. The price and portions were reasonable. The speed of service was quick. The staff weren't super friendly and chatty, but not rude either. The tabletops were unique as they were pictures of produce. I had a nice view of Lake Michigan across the street.

Another local restaurant in Algoma, WI open on Sunday morning and very obviously a local gathering place (waitress was addressing pretty much everyone by name). Food was good, service excellent.

We ate lunch there yesterday and it was the worst experience and the food was horrible. And I’m speaking from a person who has eaten three many times. The food was always very good in the past there . Yesterday I was embarrassed for you wait staff. Having to deal with all the complaints is how slow the food was coming out and how bad the food was

The best fries I've had for a years! The burger patty is also delicious. An authentic diner with nice, simple menu. The view to the lake us awesome.

Good breakfast. Good service. Cool little old school style diner with floats shakes and cedar crest ice cream. Reasonable prices. This will be a recurring spot on my fishing endeavors.

Lettuce on BLT was spoiled, the fries were cold as was the burger. The floor had food all over and it took forever to get the food.
We will not be back
Our favorite place to stop between MN and Algoma on our way out Salmon fishing.
Service is fast and friendly. Menu has lots of choices to make everyone happy. Food was warm and fresh.
Our group loves the ability to fit larger groups and that the parking lot fits trucks with boat trailers easily.

We each had the grilled chicken sandwich which was pretty good. The server was very kind...
The one thing we did not appreciate was being charged extra because I used my debit card..
They took it out a fee without even telling me about it, which I think is highly unethical.
I'm just getting tired of hidden taxes and hidden fees and taking tips at some places when they don't deserve it.

Super cozy diner feeling. The staff is super friendly and the food is very comforting. Feels like having a homemade breakfast with your family.

The food was just average The wait staff was more interested in griping about a lazy coworker than doing their jobs.

The tall waitress multiple times has been rude. Makes you wait for your food , beverage and gives u coffee no spoon, sits on the phone 20 mins taking over the phone order making the in store customer wait instead of the phone person. . Needs course in customer service 🙄
