Great selection of pizza on their buffet. Very tasty.

We walked in and they were NOT busy. There was maybe 2 tables of people there. We ordered a sampler platter, 3 drinks, and a pizza. Sampler platter came out no problem. After an hour, we still had no pizza and had seen at least 2 groups who came AFTER us finish their pizza and leave. So we inquired about why our pizza was taking so long. Eventually the manager slowly shuffled her way over to explain there was 'confusion in the kitchen'... Ok fine. She was saying the right words, but you could tell she didn't mean it. There was also ZERO sense of urgency in the place.
45 minutes later we finally got our pizza, which they did at least give us for free for the almost 2 Hour wait (again, they were NOT AT ALL busy when we arrived).
At least the food was good... When we finally got it.

Ordered online curbside. Don’t have any curbside signs. Arrived early and after 10 minutes past ready time still no one showed up. Needed to call in the end unfriendly customer service on top. First and Last time I went there unreliable.

Over 45min later for delivery. Then on top of it food was wrong. When called they were rude and hung up on me. Definitely do NOT recommend this place! Will just go back to ordering from Happy Joes!

We drive from Manitowoc to go to Gallaghers. The service is hit or miss. Once, we heard a waitress complain about her tip from another patron out in the dining area. Most recently, we spent $40 on a pizza/dinner. Waited 45 mins to get it and they put the wrong toppings on. Brought it to their attention, no apology. They offered to remake pizza but we had somewhere to be. Did not offer us any discount for inconvenience. I ate a few pieces and left to buy my husband dinner in a drive thru. Very disappointed.

We went on Saturday afternoon. Dirty plates were stacked on the bar. The containers for clearing tables were stacked and full of dirty dishes. In our dining room, there 9 tables with dirty dishes on them and needed to be cleaned. Waitress was nice and pleasant but moved very slowly. We had to wait for our food which was good and hot. There were multiple lights burned out making the space dark and dirty. Even worse, there was a teenaged boy that seated us but then he stayed on his phone or talked on the house phone to his friends the entire time we were there. Management really should take a serious look at this or they are going to lose valuable customers, business, references and income.

Been ordering food for years. Allways the best!!

We have come for the east side Friday buffet a few times in the last couple months, we have decided that we are not coming back. Wait times for new pizza is long!( I overheard a customer who said " they have the same pizza out since we got her at 5pm.) When we arrived around 530pm there was the same pizza out for the duration of our visit. After almost an hour, only one new pizza was put out. There were no little cups for the sauces, and the soup was almost gone and only 2 soup bowls were out. I feel if your having a buffet, it should be better attended especially if your paying $40+ for 2 buffets and 2 sodas.

A restaurant that has it all!

The pizza is hands down delicious, this is a known fact and what they are known for! Not greasy, perfect crust. Pictured is a pizza our son likes - pineapple, Canadian bacon and olives. Signature pizzas are fantastic too - Mediterranean is my absolute fav.

They have so much more! Appetizers (supreme combo basket is our go to), salads, ribs! Perch! Many pasta dishes, sandwiches/subs, kids menu and let’s not forget dessert of cheesecake and cookies!

Staff is friendly and attentive. We have been lucky to have had Clara a few times - fantastic service!

There is something for everyone. Always a positive experience and tasty food. Hits the spot every time.
