This is the kind of place we have been looking for. The owners and staff are wonderful! They actually like people and will not only talk to you, but remember you. The food is fresh and always good. This is a true hidden gem everyone needs to know about.

My wife and I were up in the Dunbar area for 13 days for our Anniversary as we have for the last 5 yrs and stumbled appon your establishment and figured we give it a try for breakfast. The food was very excellent and the hospitality was awesome so we came back last Saturday for breakfast before we headed back home yesterday, and once again you knocked it out of the Park! When we come back to town again, youll be our ONLY choice for breakfast ..
Food was great and the service was as well

Stopped for a late breakfast and it was absolutely delicious. Hot fresh coffee, to die for omelettes, sausage gravy and pancakes. On top of the fantastic food, everyone was inviting and friendly!! We will be back!!!
Everything about G&G is great! We recently moved into the area and the consistent, reliable quality of the total meal experience has made it our go to eatery, hands-down. Everyone we have to visit gets a pilgrimage to G&G if there is time and they have all agreed. The food is great, with respectable portions at a good price. We have had a good sampling of the menu over the past several months and there really hasn't been a disappointing meal. The bought-in stuff is quality and fairly limited, which is the mark of a great diner, but the food they make is top-notch. I can rave about this place all day, but let's keep it short and say that the only thing to watch out for us that it is a small diner in a tiny town in an area with limited venues, so if you come when it is busy you can expect a wait since they are not in the habit of sacrificing quality for speed.

Yesterday was our first visit to this diner. We had a caramel apple stuffed French toast. My husband got up this morning and wanted to go back! It was so delicious! Gail, one of the owners, has a bubbly spirit and her mother a fantastic cook. We will definitely be going back. So, next time you head north, go visit G& G Diner! You won't be disappointed.

First time eating at G & G Diner on our way home from Iron Mountain. We thoroughly enjoyed our Garbage Omelette, Fiesta Omelette, Hash Browns, Whole Wheat Toast and Coffee. The Diner was very clean. The waitress & food was awesome - will definitely be stopping there again!
