Amazing spot, trailblazer for the region. Can't really beat it! Plus everybody is super nice, it's really clean, and... did I mention the coffee is terrific? Do yourself a favor, check it out, support these good people and treat yourself!

Made a special trip here on a cold winter day...just beautiful and worth the hour drive. Great baristas, very friendly service, great coffee experience as expected! Great to chat about all things coffee. We love seeing the passion in every team member here.

Ordered the Sunny Tea Latte and it was really good. The prices on the food are a pretty big turn off though. Zest is still my favorite coffee shop ??

Never had Ruby coffee in the past, but wanted to buy local to WI and you had fantastic reviews. Decided to get a seasonal sampler. I am already on my second bag and cannot believe my luck in finding such amazing coffees. I am using it for pour-over coffee and they are both smooth and strong flavors. I can taste the hints of the different flavor notes. I will definitely recommend your coffees to friends and family.
Not open to public… don’t go out of your way to get coffee here like we did. It was a “sponsored” google ad. It’s a roaster not a coffee shop.
Delicious artisan coffee, house ham sandwich, and parfait that we ordered. Cool atmosphere and would definitely be a regular if I lived in Stevens Point!
I did a tree job for the owner and he gave us a bag. The bag I got was a lighter roast but went down so smooth. I'm a big fan of black rifle coffee. But this is nice and if I want more a simple drive down the road and I can get more. For sure we are gonna order more as it's super fresh and roasted just right. Thanks again you got a new customer.

Excellent coffee and great little place to visit- worth the 2 hour drive for us! also convenient to order online. Ruby coffee honestly influenced our decision to name our daughter Ruby!

Because I want to do a better job at supporting the things I love, I am going to start reviewing some of the companies that advertise on the podcasts I listen to. My first review goes out to Ruby Coffee Roasters. They are a little place in Wisconsin who offer a coffee subscription. They sent 2 samples a month of "roasters choice" coffees that were really good and just the right amount for what I would need. They offer flexible subscription options and high quality products. The subscription was $27 a month though which I think is a little pricey for coffee. I kept my subscription on though for 3 months and it was always here just when I needed more. I also would love if they did more varieties of subscriptions like teas. 4/5 stars!
Excellent coffee. Outstanding customer service, in particular Tiffany, who has to deal with holiday shipping issues.
I love their coffee and scones (both sweet and savory). And their walk by ordering window allows me to stay in the lovely WI summer breeze while getting my treats. I can't wait to once again get to enjoy your lovely interior space as well. This is a great local business.
