First time was a delightful single origin coffee and latte.
Second time was a roastery tour.

Ruby continues to make great coffee and they are serious about their beans. Their dedication to sourcing and consistency is what keeps me going back.

Incredible coffee roasters!!! I highly recommend this coffee available online.
The café in Nelsonville is wonderful they roast the coffee in the building next door, the coffee we bought was roasted yesterday.... wow just Incredible is the only way to describe it!

Love Ruby's coffee so took a road trip one Saturday to check out their on-site cafe. They were open however there was a bridal shower going on and no place for our group to sit and enjoy the coffee. We ordered and sat for a few minutes but soon left as the shower wanted the tables. Plenty of open space to just stand but would have been nice to have seating. If you plan to go and want to sit suggest calling ahead.

Amazing spot, trailblazer for the region. Can't really beat it! Plus everybody is super nice, it's really clean, and... did I mention the coffee is terrific? Do yourself a favor, check it out, support these good people and treat yourself!

Made a special trip here on a cold winter day...just beautiful and worth the hour drive. Great baristas, very friendly service, great coffee experience as expected! Great to chat about all things coffee. We love seeing the passion in every team member here.

Ordered the Sunny Tea Latte and it was really good. The prices on the food are a pretty big turn off though. Zest is still my favorite coffee shop ??

Never had Ruby coffee in the past, but wanted to buy local to WI and you had fantastic reviews. Decided to get a seasonal sampler. I am already on my second bag and cannot believe my luck in finding such amazing coffees. I am using it for pour-over coffee and they are both smooth and strong flavors. I can taste the hints of the different flavor notes. I will definitely recommend your coffees to friends and family.
