Clean, friendly establishment. Bowling lanes were well-maintained and staff quickly and happily put up the bumpers for us. Food menu looked delicious, although we didn’t try any of the food. There was also a large seating area and they seemed to be doing a brisk take out business.

Not the typical place I’d visit but we were at Central Waters and a local recommended it. This place made me want to move to Amherst and make this our date night place. We had a pizza burger and a Stella burger. The Stella was HUGE. Ingredients were solid. Pizza burger sauce was amazing. Burger was a touch overcooked but I’d gladly get it again.

Steve is a true artist with drilling a bowling ball. It is fun to watch him work, cause he really knows his stuff. He likes to help. If you buy a ball from him, he spends time with you practicing, because he wants to see you succeed. The food is also very good. Overall a great atmosphere and good people.

People ask me where's a good place to go get dinner. I tell them, I know this sounds weird but seriously, whitetail Lanes, they have this humongous burger and yet it's like no more expensive than the other ones in Stevens Point. Or the chicken and mashed potato dinner or the cheese curds.... Oh and there's bowling!
