Wilma's Cakes LLC (Appointment Only)

I used Wilma’s Bakery for my wedding. I have many nut allergies and my now husband has Celiacs. Wilma’s was the most perfect match for us. We had her make 2 1/2 sheet cakes, 140 cupcakes, a 4” cake, and 8”/10” tiered cake for our wedding and she delivered all of the cake looking beautiful and with the correct flavors. This was a lot of cake for any bakery honestly. The fake peanut butter frosting on some of the cupcakes was phenomenal and many guests at the wedding that eat peanut butter regularly said they couldn’t taste that it wasn’t real peanut butter. None of the guests could even tell that the cake was gluten free and my husband said it’s the best gluten free cake he’s ever had. The frosting was delicious and the cake was the perfect texture and flavor. Not only was the cake amazing, Sabrina (the baker) was such a sweet and kind person as well. I would recommend her for anyone’s wedding as she not only has wonderful cakes, but she also is a wonderful person.

This is the BEST gluten free bakery I have found. Her cookies and bars - you can’t tell they are gluten free. Let’s talk about her cakes. These are the best ALL around not just compared to other gluten free bakers but ALL bakers. Once you try them you will understand.I also love the sandwich bread!Honestly, everything I have tried is amazing and Sabrina is a doll!

A friend with celiac’s disease recommended trying their desserts at a local event. Let me just say it was phenomenal. Started out on the pumpkin cheesecake slice telling myself I’d eat half today and half tomorrow…well it must be tomorrow already because the slice be gone. But here is a picture back when I still had a bite left. ?

Got my wedding cake from Wilma’s. Was very impressed! It was very delicious!

Could not recommend this baker enough! We drove in from out of town and she included a few extra treats and also a birthday candle! 🥹She is so sweet and her desserts taste AMAZING!! 💕

I recently got a cake for my husband’s birthday and it was outstanding!!! We chose the Peanut Butter Bliss cake which was chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting topped with little chocolate peanut butter truffles. I was DELICIOUS and also very moist. I’m so glad we chose Wilma Bakes Cakes for his cake. (I also got to meet sweet little Wilma, when I picked up my cake!! 🥰)

Really glad we went with Wilma’s cakes for dessert for our wedding. Remarkable food from little Arcadia. She’ll be our go-to for dessert for all our big ‘life events’!

I just finished the last piece of my gluten-free, dairy-free, soy- free, lemon , layered with blueberries, Birthday Cake received from a dear friend yesterday! It was, and is, DIVINE! I haven't had cake since beginning my anti-inflammatory eating plan 2 years ago, and I definitely will be a repeat customer! Thank you so much for accommodating my needs! I should preface this by admitting I take hosting very seriously...nobody leaves my home without having enjoyed themselves. Wilma's Cakes delivered on their end of the bargain and allowed me to present something beautiful to my guests.The response time was impeccable and she immediately started throwing me visuals to choose from. I requested a combination of two and that's exactly what I got. She will be hearing from me again.Don't forget to tip your cake artists!

I ordered 6 mini chocolate raspberry surprise cupcakes and got an extra special treat😁The cupcakes were so cute and very tasty 😋 My non-vegan partner loved them! I think I’m going to order a pink lemonade cake next!
