Thanks for the other reviewers who recommended getting my coffee from the other side of the road, but my pastry from here. Delicious.

I wish I could take this little slice of heaven home with me! Visited several times on a work trip, trying the cinnamon roll, ham and swiss, and raspberry cream cheese danish - all amazing. Stop in at 7:00 when they open and you'll get to enjoy the smell of everything coming fresh out of the oven and even get lucky enough to walk out with warm pastries.

If you are looking for wonderful sourdough, breakfast pastries, quick breads, or desserts and are in Ashland, WI, this bakery is the place to go. Order your breads ahead of time for pickup - they will bring them right out to your car. They will also slice your breads off desired. If you don't order ahead, be prepared to wait in line to order.

Just Yum! Awesome bagels, flaky croissants and the best cinnamon rolls!
Our family adores this baking company- I wish we could have it shipped to us. Beautiful flakey croissants, delicious pastries, and friendly staff. This is one you do not want to miss. It's the best!!!
Lemon bars and peanut butter cookies, good, not as good as last time. The flavor of the cookies and bars was minimal. Hopefully they’ll add more flavor in the future.

Small shop but great selection of specialty pastry's and delicious products, however I would recommend, due to there small size, not to expect plain pastries and deserts like a plain chocolate chip muffin. Over all however, I highly recommend visiting!

This bakery is just fantastic. Everything, from the baguettes to the bagels, to the Bahn mi sandwiches, deli case salads, cakes, pastries...So much flavor and texture it's unbelievable.
Staff is friendly, not big enough to eat at. It's almost impossible not to start eating straight from the bag on the way out of the door. I'm currently devouring the garlic Asiago loaf, questioning how something can be SO GOOD.

Oh, honey…Ashland Baking Company cinnamon rolls may not be what you’re accustomed to, but they are my one new true love. I’ll drive two hours for this flaky, buttery, tantalizing goodness, and add a mug of coffee from the Black Cat across the street - heaven on earth. Is it wrong to dream of my next one? I think not. Simple pleasures, like the still warm freshly baked breads, bright smiles from the staff, and the sound of a well loved slicing machine chugging through another perfect loaf. Thanks ABC for the dedication and love you put into each caramelly cinnamon roll, and please don’t ever stop.
