The best Burger King we’ve had! The burger was hot and even wrapped beautifully. Wrapping is a small detail that a lot of fast food skips but my partner and I appreciated it.

I went there yesterday morning and got a burger for breakfast, the employees are all very friendly and welcoming, everything was great, (go here instead of the mcdonalds, they are EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional at the ashland mcdonalds) BK is my go-to now.

Probably the worst establishment food, staff and cleanliness were all poor ratings for me.
Not terribly busy on a Thursday at 5:30pm (7/31).
When we walked in the MOD gave out a sigh - only 6 of us. One other customer at the counter finishing up. No one behind us.
We waited patiently as he went to work the previous order. When he returned we rattled off the Oder quick, he asked sizes and made sure it was accurate. That was the highlight.
It took 16 minutes for 2 whoppers, 2 cheese burgers, 1 impossible and one chicken sticks. No crazy customizations.
No sauces - they didn’t offer any how. And with the yelling at each other from behind the counter I just didn’t want to bother trying.
Onion rings 2 orders were soggy :(. 4 piece biggest with my junior cheese burger - tasted dry and old. No wonder Wendy’s kicks butt at the $5 meal deals.
Tables were all dirty. At least appeared to be uncleaned for a while. Floors were dirty. If you looked under the benches (don’t do it). The amount of filth, dark, black ugh on the bench legs were enough to make me want to vomit in my mouth.
I cheerfully wrapped up the rest of my nuggets, partial burger and threw it out.
My kids said the whoppers were good. At least they had a good meal.
Sorry won’t be returning to any in the near future

Went through the drive thru the place was empty at 5:30 pm ? The girl that took the order didn't give my wife a chance to say what she wanted! When at the window she (the same girl) was too involved in conversation with the others inside! She had a frown when talking with us and a huge smile when talking to the guy bagging?? No wonder nobody eats here at 5:30pm

I go here every Friday for a large pick up order. Everyone is so nice and friendly. When I get all the food everything is hot. Yes even the French fries. The only fast food place in town that seems to have it together. At least from the customers point of view!
