This is the last time my wife will go to Culver’s. Food is not as good as it used to be service has gone down even more and the restaurant needs a facelift…. Obviously, the owners are wanting a”profit”, instead of providing good service and food. Outside the fact, there were too many flies in the restaurant …. You can always tell how good/clean a restaurant is by simply looking at the trashcan in the back, (how clean that area is) shows you the employees true focus about their job. “Their trashcan is disgusting.”🤮 / As I’ve heard people say in the past, they have gotten better food from McDonald’s down the street 😲🫢/

I have never had a bad experience with the food at Culver’s., if you get what you ordered. My last visit was just a single basket and I didn’t realize I had a missing order of fries until I was already back on the road. Otherwise, great food. Just check your order before pulling off.

This Culver's had a great view of Lake Superior from their patio. The staff were very friendly. They didn't put cheese on one of our sandwiches and I took it back. They not only fixed the mistake but gave up two one scoop coins! They have amazing customer service!
