This place is a gem. The service is outstanding, as is the food. I had a fajita burrito and the steak was tender and flavorful. It might have been ribeye. Chips and salsa were also excellent and the prices were quite reasonable.

Great food with a great view! We loved the horchata here, and everything else was delicious as well. It was not busy at all and the staff was happy and helpful. We were seated near an A/C vent and it was freezing! Every person in our party of 8 ran to the car for a jacket (or two!) and huddled up during the meal.

We stopped here during a one night stop in Ashland. We hoped to sit on the pet friendly patio with our two dogs but tables and chairs were dirty. Put dogs in car and went inside to eat. Served quickly. Only a few other guests. Good selection of Mexican beers and drinks. Wife had a margarita and enjoyed it. Good selection of menu items. We were provided complimentary chips and salsa. Food was good and ample. I would go here again if we’re in town again. Only wished they kept patio cleaner.

Good was amazing but our server was not b very friendly.
The staff were very welcoming. Yusafa (spelling?), Pablo, and Brian took very good care of us. My husband had the fajita burrito (pictured), which was way more than he could eat! I had the shrimp taco salad, which had lots of cooked shrimp. We so enjoyed our experience at El Tarascó! We may travel to Ashland again just to see our friends there.
