Wait was long, they made us the wrong pizza, but service was very friendly and they remade the pizza. Absolutely delicious. When I am back in Ashland and not in a hurry I will absolutely be back. Plus price was fantastic lemonade and pizza for 3, 24

The deep dish pizza, chicken sandwich, bacon cheeseburger and chicken alfredo were amazing. The lasagna was quite salty but some people might prefer it that way. The waitress was very friendly and the food came out fast. I would definitely recommend Hugo's.

Food was delicious. Very friendly staff. Clean facility. My only nitpick is with the paper towel dispenser in the restroom. It's definitely mounted to high for children to reach. Not a big deal, just ask for extra napkins. 9.8/10. Absolutely recommended.

Both pizzas we ordered tasted amazing! Seemed short ok staff and another table did leave prior to their order coming as 2 other tables food came out before.Kid-friendliness: Have some games for kids to play.
