I order here pretty frequently. When I got my morning order today my sticker off my drink was peeled off. I know they dont just slip off because I've peeled them before and they're stuck on pretty good. The workers should not be ripping promo stickers off the drink cups. I will be seeking further action.

The drive through worker was having very hard time talking to me. We found wood in my food. Food was COMPLETELY COLD. Made my frappe incorrectly and did a poor job fixing it. Army coffee tasted better.

Hubby & I stopped for lunch after a year not coming cause of poor service & dirty tables, floors , & rest rooms,& awful food. What a delightful surprise. Everything was immaculate. Clean tables etc. there was a cleaning lady doing a wonderful job keeping the place clean. So enjoyable now to eat inside. The food was hot & delicious. Nice improvement. Will certainly be back. Nice work Mc Donald's.

I find many McDonalds single use plastic cups littered all over Ashland county while riding my bike . It would be nice if they could find a biodegradable alternative! Plastic kills. Called McD complaint line and their policy is we do not take complaint. Never going back to McDonalds!
The food is what you would expect from McDonald's. No more, no less. But the employees are nice and helpful and the scenery is definitely worth it.

Stopped for a quick couple of burgers, no one was working the front, none of the tables were wiped, the bathrooms were filthy, and there was a fired employee in the back in the kitchen area that was complaining about being fired and talking to all of the other employees as if they were all on break somewhere else. Terrible... terrible... TERRIBLE.
