The food here has been pretty bad in general for awhile, but not bad enough for me to complain
Today however we went inside the restraint at 4pm and I was shocked at how gross everything was. The floors were full of food, there was a literal pile of fries near the door and ordering kiosks. The tables were all dirty. The drink station was full of sticky splatter and looked like it hasn't been cleaned all day. The windows were full of some sort of mystery smudges.
The young man who took out order was friendly, and that's about the only good thing I have to say about the visit.
The burger was either dry and old or burnt (or both?), and the fries were mushy.
We stayed there for about half an hour, during which time only two other people came inside (but did not dine in). There were very few cars.
When we left the place was still a mess and the pile of fries was still there, despite an employee seeing them and cracking a joke about how someone didn't want their fries some twenty minutes prior. My mom went to let the employees know about the fries, only to find them leaning against the equipment in the kitchen chatting. She waved to get their attention and two of them looked at her and then turned away to keep talking. When someone finally did come she told them about the spilled fries and they acted shocked... Despite one of the other employees having very loudly made a joke about them.
I don't know who was supervising these people but yikes. They need to get their employees and their restaurant under control before the health department does.

We have tried several different days and times of the day, but this is consistently the dirtiest, unprofessional and chaotic restaurant we've experienced. The food is old, and mostly cold even right when converting from breakfast to lunch. It's just not a good restaurant unfortunately and you can tell no one working there cares enough to change anything. Sad.

Stopped in for quick meal and thought we had stumbled into a scene from 'The Purge'- screamo music blaring from the kitchen, staff in street clothes, absolutely filthy EVERYWHERE and a passed out person by the washrooms. Food bag came covered in grease splatter, etc. Should be inspected for health department violations.

This was the most filthy McDonald's, or restaurant for that matter, we have stopped at! WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE? They need a visit from the Health Department! My husband and I go back and forth from MI to MN almost monthly and have for 13 years and have frequently stopped here. Food has always been decent and facility clean. This time we used restrooms before ordering. Both bathrooms were absolutely filthy and obviously had not been cleaned for who knows how long. Garbage can was full. Then walking to the front to place order the floor was greasy, fries on the floor (obviously from the night before being we were there at 8:00am), bbq packets on the floor and a stream of coffee that on floor from ordering counter to condiments... and did not get wiped up. What happened to McDonalds dress code standard??? The Higher Love sweatshirt worn by the kid who took our order reflected his service . The receipts from the previous day were piled on floor in front of cash register like they fell directly from register to floor. After placing the order and noticing how filthy the counter was my husband yelled to guy who took our order as he was walking away to cancel our order and told him this place is a pig pen. The local guys sitting at a table laughed and said "you got that right". We will not be back but will be watching reviews. Hopefully they improve.

This was by far one of the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever visited. The floor felt greasy and I had to clean my own table and the bathrooms were gross!! I stood at the counter and waited 10 minutes for service, would have left except for the 2 kids with me. Now I can wait for service if the employees are busy, but we were the only ones in there. I will never go to this McDonald's again.
