Ordered shrimp dinner. Supposed to have baked potatoe shrimp and cottage cheese. They called to tell me they were out of baked potatoes but I didn’t answer the phone. Seen I missed the call. Wasn’t the pizza pub number so didn’t think much about it. So they show up at my door with the order minus the potatoe. I was supposed to still pay full price even though there was no potatoe. He says I’m sorry but you gotta pick up the phone if your expecting and order. Seriously? I would have been fine with still paying for the order if there was a discount for the food that wasn’t included. With today’s prices I am not paying full price for a meal that is not complete.

I must share I am greatly disappointed I ordered the Pulled Pork sandwich only to taste nothing but salt c only had 1 bite before I was dying of thirst. Definitely need to taste test before serving to others.👎

Here's the very reason why you should not judge a book by its cover. The building was deceiving, but the pizza was one of the best pizzas we've ever eaten, very reasonably priced, and the service was great! We would highly recommend this place!

You know, we have gotten takeout many times but ate in the restaurant a couple of times now, and both times, we got a server that has no business being a server. She got the order wrong, and the bill was incorrect and handled her error with utter distaste. It's a shame because service that bad leaves a bad taste in your mouth despite the great food.

This was awful. We were told it was great by locals but man that was a suggestion I wish I didn’t ask for. The pizza buffet looked like the pizzas are made on tortilla shells. So I ordered a Reuben. They put burnt bacon on the Reuben and the sandwich was luke warm. I ordered a root beer and it was flat. I also ordered a chili which they assured me was made in house but it really tasted like a generic canned chili. I mentioned I didn’t care for the burned bacon on it and the waitress snapped back at me saying she is always told that is the best part. My colleague ordered a cheese steak which boasted shaved prime rib. It was bits of gross burnt meat and onions on a stale white piece of bread. He paid $3.00 extra for fries and got an extremely small portion.
The server was rude but we aren’t locals so that is probably why. If you’re from out of town, find another place.
We ordered a few things from here and really liked the potato skins but my meatball sub had uncooked meatballs and my bun was clearly microwaved because it was an awful soggy mess when we had it delivered. I’m really surprised this place has almost 5 stars. The pizza is decent but because of you order a flat crust pizza and it has to many topping it all just slides off and it’s just a mess. And it was almost $50 and we could even eat the sub.
The pizza was excellent. Service was good and food came to table quickly.

The pizza I had here is probably the best pizza I've had in my entire life. My fiance and I were craving pizza while we were on vacation in the apostle Islands, and we found Pizza pub. We decided to try it, and we absolutely fell in love. We will 100% be back. The service was amazing. The employees were very kind

The pizza was good, but there were not enough local beers on tap. The fish sandwich seemed cheap, as well as the jalapeño poppers. Not the best quality food products. I hated the hoggie that my sandwich came on. I'd try somewhere else next time I'm in the area.

Ordered a whisky 7 but got a whisky diet Coke. It was going to be my only drink so I didn't send it back; not worth waiting for a new one. The dipping sauce for the breaded mac & cheese app was confusing. I'd maybe have pizza again but would ask for half the amount of sauce. The crust could've used a few more mins in the oven. I'm not in the Ashland area so I won't be back if I pass through again.
