Waited for 20 minutes after showing up at our pick up time. Wasn’t acknowledged by an employee. I left and wife spoke with the individual who did not make our food. We were told we would receive a refund but they did not refund our money and after calling to get our money back a few days later they denied us a refund. Do not go to this subway they are a joke.

Hungry as heck for a sub to take home after grocery shopping at Walmart. Waited 15 minutes for not one employee to show up to take order. This place has gone downhill fast. Drove across town to the other Subway and got a very tasty sandwich. I won't be going back to this dump of a place again!

Waited 25 minutes just before lunch been calling waiting says they are open lights are on but no service.... might have to hire more people if you only have 1 person hiding in the back

I've waited for over half an hour just to get my order taken and another 15 minutes for them to finish my sub. Not to mention that the entire place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month, filthy and disgusting!!

Really sad that Subway is out of steak and the bread was really tough and chewy, and the onions are very thin sliced and have a nasty flavor to them. And it's over priced plus they need different workers, and the soda machine counter is filthy and dirty, and rubber gloves need to be worn when handling the food.This the last time I'm going there

Went in to get a sandwich today at about 7:30. Kid behind the counter was standing in the doorway on his phone. When he seen me walk in he walked to the back to cut tomatoes for over 20 minutes even while a line started to form. He didn't walk out until he seen everybody leave.

VERY slow service. The older man that was working a few days ago, and today, is a terrible employee. Very, very slow. Took over 30 minutes to serve 4 customers in line. Then said they didn't have one kind of bread, when I could see it sitting on the tray. Also would not add any more veggies because, then he couldn't close the sub?? Never heard that from any Subway. Then he took a smoke break, while another couple walked up and waited. Maybe he owns the franchise, or is the owners brother, so can't be fired... But hopefully they find a replacement.

My girlfriend ordered online around 8 pm and we did some shopping and our food wasn’t even ready and it was close to 9 pm and it wasn’t even busy. My bread was hard as a rock, my girlfriend only had very little meat on her sub. They weren’t even busy and the girl and guy just stood around talking the whole time.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. For real fire the dude that's working today. It should not take 30 minutes to give our order when we are number 3 and 4 in line. I mean it took him 10 minutes to warm up a pretzel. My tires were done before our sandwich was and that just nuts. Don't go here. Just dont.

Manager didn't have a clue on discounts, no lids for small drinks, crew member looked depressed and didn't want to be there, tables dirty. Not a good experience.

My partner and I stopped in here at 6:45 PM our first night here. The sandwiches were sloppily overstuffed making them impossible to eat and the bread on BOTH sandwiches were so stale they had hardened (we did not have them toasted). We've never had a negative experience at any Subway in the Nation, but we will definitely not return to this place on future visits to the area.
