Amazing service and food!! The girl working on feb 24th around 12pm went above and beyond to accommodate my food allergy! Having someone take my egg allergy seriously is very rare and her going the extra mile for me made my day! The bagels she made for my boyfriend and I were so yummy!!

Save your $ and go to McDonald’s or something. The ratio with bagel, egg, sausage was a joke! I order the “gourmet” southern bagel and all it had was 100% bagel, 20% cheese, 30% egg and 1% turkey sausage. They were trying to be efficient but some were taking orders over the muffin case and the other gal at the register was also taking orders (there’s only one register). There were people behind either waiting to pay or just waiting for someone to help them. It was chaos.

This has become our go to breakfast place. My daughter loves the strawberry bagels and my wife and I love the northern omelettes on plain bagels. This is a much healthier choice than eating fast food all the time. You have earned some loyal customers, keep up the great food.Parking: If you come for breakfast, the other stores aren't open yet and you have plenty of parking.

Went in for the first time this morning. I asked for a pumpernickel bagel double toasted with butter. The woman behind the counter said we don't have pumpernickel bagels, only once or twice a year when we have a special bagel offering. But they had strawberry bagels? Who the heck is eats strawberry bagels? Disappointing.

These are some of the best bagels around. However, you have to get there early and eat what you get within the day. They get hard fast. The service isn't always par, and the atmosphere? There just isn't any.

Bought 1 doz bagels. Up charged $4 to the standard 1 doz cost of $17.99. Stated some were premium bagels. No posting of this in the store. I will not be back due to their up charge w no explanation or posting.

Great service and the bagels were super fresh. Picked up a mega deal for an office associate. I recommend that their coffee is also fresh.

This small store offers an amazing selection of flavored cream cheese and bagels. Unlike the major chains with the funny names, here you are not limited to a super tiny cream cheese and whatever bagel they happen to have left in their fancy display. At Big Apple, you can choose from all sorts of flavors from Apple Pie to Cheddar and Bacon with slatherings of cream cheese applied directly on the bagel and packaged nice and tight. There aren't many Big Apple Bagels left so if you are lucky enough to stumble across one you MUST stop in. Your taste buds will thank you.

Need a quick fix. They were close and I was hungry! Everything bagel with a generous shmeer of garden veggie cream cheese hit the spot! Lightly toasted cut in half made the experience for me less messy. This location is not large but certainly capable for a sit down.

Went for a bagel sandwich and a Chi Latte.Wasn’t disappointed. Quick with their orders. Have gone back several times and will continue to do so.

WATCH OUT FOR BAIT & SWITCH!They offered a buy 6 bagels get 6 free coupon. I added 1 cream cheese. The total? Over $17!!!! They said, " we took a price increase"Obviously they jacked the price up to pay for the coupons. Owner.....You gained a customer and lost one on the same day. You received 2 stars because the workers were friendly :)

They charge Starbucks prices but when ordering an espresso shot because the $7 espresso tasted weak, I was told, "we're not Starbucks"! (Then do not charge Starbucks prices!)Save your - skip the espresso drinks. They need to up their game & their attitude towards customers.Great bagels. Get them & depart quickly. Ask for napkins- none to be found on the counter. One fancy little princess with super long eyelash extensions of the staff is down right snotty.Could be the owners entitled daughter? She clearly doesn't care & will voice her opinion.Been many times, this was only lousy experience. It was a truly nasty comment. A few of the customers in line gave me a sympathetic look. I was stunned without even a response for her. Just WOW !!Terrible way to treat a customer. I planned an entire office party from here. I decided not to because of the awful way she made me feel. Just really?? Ugh. I am really glad to have passed due to this one rotten apple in the bunch. Girl time is Sacred. Two Moms who do not have kids is such a golden opportunity. We were happy to splurge on fancy bagels & coffee drinks. We had a great Saturday morning ahead of us & a very special morning & neither one of us has our little ones wohoo. Of all of our options we picked this place to go have a coffee & bite, without kids. We were both bummed it was NOT a morning place to enjoy. At all. They do not have enough chairs to accommodate the rush. And it's an awkward layout. Unless you don't mind having conversation with everyone in line being right on top of you. It's too tiny and the wobbly tables and chairs are not cozy or user friendly. They want you to get your bagels & skedaddle. Get out! Also, they have no napkins and will roll your eyes if you ask for them. Like really? Nothing? Buyers - stick to the Bagels. Skip the expensive over priced espresso. Drinks! My friend was not impressed either. Just a Saturday morning bummer & wasted opportunity!
