Sat up at the bar and was never acknowledged by the bartender. There were only 3 other people at the bar rail so she couldn't have been that busy even though it was a Saturday night. Another couple came in and also were never even looked at. Another server gave us menus after I asked, but after 15 minutes with no drink or even being spoke to we left. Was pretty disappointing after driving there in crappy weather just to be ignored.

If I could rate food a zero I would. Kitchen service also a zero. Our food was so cold my kids under age of 10 wouldn't even eat it. We waited an hour and a half for our food well there were only 6 tables seated in the lobby with one being ours. Our waitress Brooke on the other hand was extremely nice and felt so bad.

Don’t have a bartender who doesn’t understand the job like this guy. Or hire better managers who can teach people how to bartend. The service here couldn’t have been worse. Maybe the worst service I’ve ever had. No packers game no big event nothing. Bartender absolutely terrible acted like we were a bother. Food was clearly not fresh and wings had been in warming drawer forever. Bartender on phone entire time. No manager to be seen anywhere. Go anywhere else.

Always a decent choice
Ordered wings and fries at 5:51 pm. Was told food be delivered by 6:51pm. Wrong. Food finally was ready at 7:51. Try to call store? Good luck- no one answers.

Another order, another terrible experience. This location doesn’t care about customers. For example, on 1/10/26, I placed a pick up order 90 minutes early, in hopes of receiving our order on time. After arriving 10 minutes before our scheduled pick up time, we waited more than and hour and still don’t have our food. If the order isn’t late, something is missing. Or something is wrong. I will never order from this location again and will find a competitor that cares about their customers.

I've been waiting since 5:20 for my order, and it's 5:46 and it's still not ready. Terrible service because they just look at you and keep talking. If you're looking for something quick to eat or ordering takeout, order at least 40 minutes in advance because the orders don't come out even though the app says it's ready. 👎🏼

I placed a pickup order and when i showed up 10 minutes after the pickup time i still had to wait an additional 15 minutes. by the time i left the store it was 25 minutes after my pickup time and there was little to no customer service provided, not even a simple wait time or estimate at the very least and i wasn’t the only one in this boat. Then when i got home a whole order of wings was completely missing its sauce which is crazy because that’s like the whole point of wings right?!?!?! The unfortunate part about all of it is that this is pretty much a recurring issue, i’ve never had sauce less wings from here but i almost always wait almost 30 minutes longer than expected. At this point i avidly choose to stay away from here unless i have a gift card and that’s the only reason i went here. now im gonna make sure i don’t get any more gift cards from here so i wont have to come back 🫣

When you order a 30 pc boneless wings you can expect for your order to be missing 1/3 of the wings. You'll maybe get 22. This isn't the first bad experience with this location on Oneida. Finally decided that an honest review needs to be posted.

We entered today and we're seated right away. After waiting 15 minutes at our table we told the servers that we hadn't been seen yet. They argued about who had our table in their zone and 10 minutes later we still hasn't been waited on. We left at that point. Very disappointed in the lack of service. We'll take it business elsewhere next time.

Online order waited over 30 minutes from time it was supposed to be finished. And they forgot things from our order

I arrived at BBW at 4:25pm and was seated right away, but it took 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. When a server finally came to the table, the first thing they said was, “What do you want?” We ordered water and iced tea and let them know we were ready to order.
Another 30 minutes went by with no drinks and no silverware. I eventually got up and went to the bar to ask for our water, iced tea, and to order a cocktail. The bartender was behind the bar, and I was the only person there. They looked at me, walked away without saying anything, and never returned. I sat there for about 10 minutes before giving up and going back to my table.
When I returned, our food had been brought out, but it was cold, and we still had no silverware. I asked my husband about his iced tea, and he told me the server had informed him they were out of it — but no one ever came to tell me that or offer an alternative.
After finishing our meal, we flagged down the server for the check and some boxes. To her credit, she brought those back within about 10 minutes. However, we then waited another 10 minutes for someone to pick up the payment. We eventually had to track her down again, and she told us she didn’t have a pen. We had to locate a pen ourselves just so we could pay and leave.
There were no signs of being short-staffed — each server had only about three tables, and the bartender had no customers at the bar when I approached. With such a small number of tables, this level of service felt unnecessary and avoidable.
I would have been much more understanding if the restaurant were busy, but there were only a few tables total. Unfortunately, the experience reflects what feels like a decline in service standards lately. If you’re considering visiting this establishment, you may have better luck going somewhere else. Chain restaurants are a waste of time and money.
