Terribly slow, the worst place to pickup food or place a delivery service order in Green Bay, at least in my experience. Waits for food pickup are often in excess of 15 minutes, and have on more than one occasion exceeded 45 minutes. Even with the slowness of the food itself aside, waiting for someone to speak to you can also often take five to ten minutes. To top it all off the food isn't very good, it's more expensive than I'd like, and it's loud inside. Certainly do not doordash from here and I wouldn't recommend eating here at all, especially with wingstop so near by and so, so, so much better

I really enjoyed bdubs I was patient even though they were overworked and overwhelmed the servers still made time for me and it was an overall fun experience although food did take a while it was understandable I would definitely eat here again

This is the third and final time I’ll order. I had the 10 pc 5 salt and vinegar and 5 sauce sauce boneless dry and cold. Absolutely no salt and vinegar seasoning on them. Fried pickles absolutely no pickle taste cold and mushy. My husband had 10 pc bone n cold and very very over cooked. Dasher showed waiting for order almost 20 minutes and took her 7 minutes to deliver. There’s no way our food should have been that cold. Not even Luke warm. The last time I ordered I picked up and it was the same experience.

Service was very slow, sat at bar high-tops and with only two other tables it took over 20 minutes to even get our drink order in. Food came quick but never got refills or were asked if we needed anything.

Waited for 10 mins at the counter. Two girls that worked there just staired at us... we left and went to the other location. They only door dash pretty much.

Waited 30 minutes past our pickup order on a not busy day. Got home and we were shorted 20 wings on our order. The rest of the food was ice cold. Terrible service. When I first walked in it was 10 minutes before someone talked to us. Multiple other people were having that exact same experience as I was waiting for my food. There were at least 10 people waiting on late orders.

Edit now that we heated it up to eat. We are missing southwest ranch. And the wings we did get have the wrong sauces on them.

walked in and got no greet from hostesses. they didn’t have facial expressions and they just grabbed two menus assuming it was just two of us coming. didn’t say a word to us. they sat us at a wet table and a lady came to dry the table but the booths were very wet and the floor was covered in trash. still no expression and it seemed like nobody wanted to talk or serve us. moved to the bar hoping we’d get better service to find the manager bartending. he was fine but he also had no facial expressions and did not make us feel welcome. they all either hate their job or the people they work with. be more happy or the food industry is not for you. that’s how you get repeat customers and better tips. food was great though.

Wings are always cold when they come out, and despite going on days they are not busy and only have 2 other tables to wait on, they still take over an hour to get you your food and again the wings still come out cold. I gave it 3 tries of eating here and every time is the same despite hopes of the service and wings being better. Fully decided never to waste money on the crappy food here and instead buy your own wings to make at home, or go to a different place.

Ordered 15 wings for takeout. Only 15 wings. Nothing else. Waited 50 minutes to get them. Will NEVER be back again.

you would think on a packer game day they would have more help, but it doesn’t seem like it. I waited 40 minutes for 15 wings you would think management would have the knowledge to have more people on staff for packers games

If you can’t keep up with DoorDash’s, please do not take them. I was waiting 35 minutes for DoorDash absolutely ridiculous.
