worst food ever and horrible service. food was cold and order was messed up, server seemed bother when we asked for anything. manager came by and asked how it was, my wife told her it was horrible and the manager nodded back and said ya were short staffed. wont be back ever. maybe the next place that moves into this location after it shut downs will be better. 0 stars.

Ordered for pickup, got my food fast. But I had to talk to the pickup hostess because they for got my kids 5 chicken strips. After 5 minutes, I was told they had to remake my chicken strip order because the other is too old and unable to sell.
After 25 min, I talked to the pickup hostess and was told again it's still getting prepared, but they had to remake the order and is getting made.
After another 20 min, the main room hostess went to the back and then got the manager because it's been 45 min now for 5 chicken strips after I picked up my original order.
The manager told me the original order was missed, and they had to remake my chicken srtip order and should be done shortly.
There was only one table in the main room. It was Not busy.
The main hostess is the only competent person in the building. No one is confirming orders for accuracy. The rest of my food was cold when I got home.
I will not be going back to this location

I'd really like to give a shout out to our server Denzel! He was Jonny on the spot, had a smile on and kept everyone happy.

Chips were stale, wings were hard, Mozzarella sticks were dry and just warm. Cheese not melted. The guacamole was quite good. And our waitress was very nice. But even that won’t entice me to ever go back to Buffalo Wild Wings.

I received my order via door dash delivery. I was missing 4 ranch cups and 4 carrots/celery bags. I did get my (2) 15 traditional wings. Nothing else. I called the store and a worker named TERRY said I’m sorry I forgot to put it in the bag. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager told me he’s sorry and to ask door dash for a refund for missing items that BWW forgot to put in my bag with my wings. Never had an issue up until now.

So. Draft day here in GB so service was a little slower than normal. BUT. Eric the service manager came over and took charge. He took our order and was very kind and understanding. He was awesome and made the night great, after a very long day of walking and cold weather (I’m from phoenix) so thank you Eric for taking charge when we were sitting here for 15 min without being spoken to and making it a great experience

Probably one of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings experiences I have ever had and I love this brand. Bartender was behind rude and disrespectful even though they were busy she was probably one of the worst bartenders/servers I have ever had. I am not in GB very often but when I am I will certainly not be back to this place.

Dinned in for lunch, food was great, hot and tasty. We asked for cheesecake for dessert and they gave us chocolate cake, but it was free and still good so can't complain too much

Showed up at 9:22PM from out of town. The restaurant closes at 10:00PM. Waitress came to our table & said the kitchen closed in 10 minutes so they would not serve us. This was 38 minutes before the restaurant closes. We live 2 hours away & we're turned away.

Will be contacting corporate, as well.

Great location!

Stopped in with my wife to eat and never even got service, no server, no one took our order or asked us anything so after sitting awhile waiting for someone to come take our order we left and won't return

I showed up at 11 30 and was told there kitchen was closed and they shutdown at 12

Bathroom floor was so wet I almost skidded out on my buddy. Wings were decent.
