Hands down that best food restaurant in Green Bay. Always consistently excellent. Fresh, hot and delicious!!!!
We try to do a “fancy” date night a couple times a month. The bar before the meal was good. Bartenders were personable. The sever was young, quiet and lacked personality. And very transactional. I ordered Mac and Cheese which was good. It had good flavor and good value. My husband got the New York strip which was tough and nearly inedible. He ordered onions for an additional $5 which came in a tiny container that held a few onions barely larger than a quarter. For the expense I'd recommend going somewhere else.
I had the New York Strip steak for $57. While it was cooked to the proper temperature, it was not seasoned at all. I had to keep putting salt on it in order to get any flavor at all. I had the beer cheese/ potato soup. It was luke warm and devoid of cheese. No flavor of beer at all and worse yet, it was the consistency of paste. It was awful. My friend had the prawns and while they were very large and looked like they should be good, they were overcooked and tough. Very disappointed. Not at all worth the price we paid.
we vist the casino every year, and every year we try this place for dinner. And every year something goes wrong. Ordered a pizza and it was given to someone else, no more flatbreads, ordered steak medium to come out well done. Not to mention it took forever to get food. No more dinners here. However breakfast has always been good.
I go here for the dry rub duck wings. Add a wedge salad and you're all set. The pizza is pretty good and the shrimp dinner is lovely. I really like this place. Plus, the service is always super cool.
Very disappointed. Came from out of town specifically for Cedar and Sage. 8pm reservation for 2. Arrived 7:45pm, was able to be sat right away. Waiter seemed clueless. Got drinks and appetizer quickly. However, waited beyond an hour with no drink refills or waiter or anyone checking back. Kitchens clearly not being productive as there was a line of tickets a mile long. Nobody knew what was going on. No manager seemed to be present until we started asking why it was taking so long. We were told by host who we had to flag down and ask. We were told they had several large tables (they had 1 big table and a few 2 tops) . Finally she pointed out a manager and I walked over and simply asked for my appetizer and drink bill, because we were ready to leave and quite hungry. She told us we could just leave. With no other effort to help kitchen or provide better service. Very disappointed.
Service is slow, I've tried this restaurant on 4 separate visits, and it's been slow each time. This particular visit I took my mom, and she was very disappointed in her meal. Her steak and smashed potatoes were not warm. She sent it back to be reheated and when she got it back her meal had a sour taste.
Our server Hayden was attentive but not hovering. Everyone was very pleased with their meal (steak, lamb and prawns). Dessert was disappointing. Crème Brûlée was cold.
Food awful
I have dined here multiple times for dinner, the food is excellent, but the service is terrible. The restaurant won't even be busy, the food takes a long time to come out and the servers hardly check in with you. I have even mentioned it to management and its still the same each time. I'd recommend for great food but be prepared to wait and not very welcoming.

Simply outstanding. Service was great. The dining room was lively & festive, but not loud. Food was exceptional! Bison was incredible!
Very nice host! Atmosphere is nice! I sat at the bar and the staff was nice! The food was good and the drinks were refreshing! Good experience!
My partner and I reserved a table using google assistant and this method works, most of the time. Went in today, and the two at the front of house could not find our reservation. The girl was very nice and accommodating, but the guy was rude and standoffish. He seemed like he couldn’t be bothered to help us and almost dismissed us after just check the reservations and not finding our name. This behavior really put a damper on our night. We love coming here, and will continue to come back, but because of the food and the waiters. They are what makes coming here welcoming.
You have to get the creamed corn. The beer cheese soup was incredible and the sisters dip was so flavorful and filled with veggies hidden in it that were so dang delicious!
Charged twice for bottomless drinks. Was told that's just the way it is.
They automatically added a $30 tip to our bill, then have the nerve to ask for more on receipt.
Very expensive. $55 per person Easter brunch
Very clean, decent service, decent food.
