My chicken was more pink than normal, chicken sandwich was soggy, and they told me that the color of the meat was normal. never have i had this pink of meat at a chick fila. very disappointed

Train your kids better. Make sure they know the menu and lastly, open their ears and listen to what’s being said. It’s communication and key to customer service. I’m always impressed as to what’s missing in an order and what is completely wrong. Do better

Walked in to pick up an order that was said to be ready Five minutes prior waited for a few minutes multiple employees walking past looking at me in the face. No one greeted me or ask why I was there. When someone finally walks up minutes later, I tell them the name for the order. I’m there to pick up, but for some reason, she needed to verify it and look at my phone doesn’t happen anywhere else and it has never happened before. Should not assume everyone’s a thief.

I went to Chik-fil-A for only the second time. Went through the drive-through. Now, the problem – no menus. They didn’t have any menus they could hand me and there were no display menus visible from this drive-through. How exactly is someone supposed to order A meal when they can’t see a menu? Do they assume that I have it memorized?
This location did not seem to have any interest whatsoever in taking care of me as a customer. I will not go back to this location Or this restaurant chain.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed. Do not recommend. Avoid and go somewhere where they will actually take care of you.

I placed a mobile order to save time, yet still had to wait a long time in the drive-thru with no staff outside assisting. When I reached the window, I was told my order hadn’t gone through and needed to be redone. After receiving my order, the employee called me by the wrong name, and when I corrected him just to ensure that he was not giving me someone else’s order, he shrugged it off and walked away. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. there was no basic courtesy such as a simple “have a good day.” This location could benefit from stronger customer service training, particularly among younger staff members.
Yesterday, October 21st around 1:50ish, I had placed my order over the app so I could just go through the drive thru quick and hit the road. I had gone into the right drive way and as I pulled up, Kamryn had put a cone behind my car, closing that side of the drive thru. She then walked up to the drive thru girl who was about to take my order in a min or two (there was one car in front of me) they then both glare at my car. The car in front of me pulls up so I pull up to the worker and she tells me that someone will be right with me at the speaker and walks away. I waited a few minutes and I had heard nobody. I started saying hello to the speaker a bunch of times and nobody was responding. All of the cars that I was by when I first got into the drive through are gone and more people are pulling up and being served in person. There was two workers outside taking peoples orders in the left lane so I started yelling hello pretty loud but they were too busy taking orders. I then waited a few more minutes and still nothing. I then pull up into the drive thru and wait in a line of cars that all got there way after me until I get up to the window. I see both Kamryn and the other girl who told me I would be helped at the speaker and then Kamryn looked at me confused. I start trying to explain how I was completely forgotten about at the speaker and Kamryn cut me all and didn’t let me finish explaining to her about what had happened and just said that nobody was connected to the speaker and gave me a free sandwich coupon. She didn’t seem sorry at all and didn’t seem to care honestly. Made me pull and had to wait even longer for my food.( I understand that they don’t make my food until I get their for app orders) but something that should’ve took at most 5 minutes took 20. Again all I had was a pick up order but ended up being there for a lot longer than the people who just pulled in ordered at the drive thru in person. It’s quite frustrating being completely forgotten about at the drive thru especially when there’s 2 workers standing outside helping the left lane. I work in customer service and I get it things happen but to not even apologize for my inconvenience and their screw up is not okay. I’m not saying this for any free stuff or anything like that I just wanted to make this knowledge so something could be done about this, I come here all the time and I’d hate for this to happen to anyone else or myself again.

First time coming here everything is so nice and clean, love the atmosphere. Food was delicious. Will definitely be coming back. Not to mention service is amazing.
