Chipotle Mexican Grill

Not very excited about the way they assemble orders--similar to Subway. But Subway sandwiches are supposed to be cold, not Chipotle's! Food doesn't have much flavor, either. After 2 visits, I won't be back.

Staff is rude from the first girl taking the orders to the cashier at the end, not the first time and they always forget something when you place an online order.

I used to be a general manager of a restaurant, so I don’t leave bad reviews lightly. However, there was nothing clean about this place or polite about the staff. It seemed like this level of filth and poor service was just normal here.

The only “clean” seating was outside. My steak bowl was cold—veggies cold, meat cold, everything cold. Actually it was just “warm” which is actually the issue. We also got a burrito, and the tortilla was touching the employee’s shirt while it was being made. Cross-contamination risk was through the roof, and even the checkout area was filthy.

We each took about 3 bites and left, after spending $34 on a meal for two. Absolutely not worth it. We should have gone to Texas Roadhouse across the street instead.

Sadly, this was one of my favorite places to eat, and now, after years away, I find it still has a very good flavor, but the place is super dirty inside and out. The staff were stumbling around each other, trying to do their own thing individually instead of working as a team. Everyone was trying to be so fast that the atmosphere felt chaotic.

Service here sucks for mobile orders. Everytime there’s some reason the mobile order isn’t even being backed up 10-15 people whose orders should ALREADY be ready. Yet the atmosphere eating in is worse because you get to stare at all these angry and confused mobile order people complain about not being able to get there order made while the kitchen cranks out orders for people who aren’t even here yet. I’m writing this now 18 mins after my food was supposed to be ready (ordered 20 mins before that)
Meanwhile people who don’t use the app come in get their food and leave while we wait. It’s absolutely, disgusting mismanagement of the store at the expense of the customers. There’s 3x times as many people out of photo waiting on mobile orders.
