used to come here last year. had great workers and good food service and nice atmosphere but then they start hiring those people and the service had been a mess and insane i had gotten yelled at by a female because she didn’t know how to do there job. hopefully they get this place together

Exactly what you would expect from a Chipotle portions are a little small with the protein but chipotle has always been known for ripping you off with the double meat portions, but everything thing else was good place wass as clean as you can expect from a Chipotle.

The Chipotle store Manager ( the guy with the black shirt ) was arguing with an store employee about she is putting to much meat in my tacos. In front of mr and other customers. I felt really bad, it is pretty unprofessional behavior also the store is almost never clean when you order online they always make you wait extra 10-15 mor than regular pick up. I will try to avoid this specific Chipotle.

I’ve just experienced the worst customer service ever at this Chipotle. I’ve been coming to this location for more than a decade, but tonight was absolutely disappointing, zero out of ten. One of the young ladies working on first section on 10/23/25 at around 6:55 PM was extremely rude and unprofessional. I won’t mention her name here, but her behavior was completely unacceptable and not what I’ve come to expect from Chipotle.

Honestly I’m always so disappointed when coming to this location. My chicken is always cold like it’s been out for hours, and they are so stingy with their fixings. For the amount of money I spend for my meal(s) I shouldn’t have half a bowl full.. The workers could have better customer service, by being more welcoming. Sucks cause this is the closest chipotle from where I live but will now be driving across town to avoid this place as its an occurring issue but no issue at other locations.

Ordered my meal online, picked it up, they forgot my drink so I went back inside right away and they got me my drink. Than I drove home 25 mins and found out they did not even give me my queso for the chips and queso I paid $8 for, so drove all the way back to get the queso, so by the time I get home I am now drinking a warm drink and eating a reheated meal from a microwave, haven’t been there in months and I don’t think I’ll be returning again anytime soon.

Not very excited about the way they assemble orders--similar to Subway. But Subway sandwiches are supposed to be cold, not Chipotle's! Food doesn't have much flavor, either. After 2 visits, I won't be back.

Staff is rude from the first girl taking the orders to the cashier at the end, not the first time and they always forget something when you place an online order.
