Yesterday I ordered online and scheduled for 30 minutes lead time. It was 8 pice original and 8 piece tenders. When I got there they told me it would be another 45 minutes. When I asked why she had someone else address me. They then said an hour. So I said ok I will go run some errands and be back. She then said ‘oh well, we don’t have a cook’. This was at 6pm on a Monday. I asked for a refund as it was a $40 meal. She said she could not issue refund and I would have to call customer service. I don’t normally do drive thru pickup but I have a back injury and thought this was my best option. Probably best I didn’t feed this garbage to my family anyway. I will never go back!!! Popeyes was much better and right off the highway.

Definitely a massive improvement in the past few months! The new parking lot was super smooth and the service at the drive thru was fast! With so many places closing there doors, I am glad this chain is still putting in the effort!

Poor customer service, drive thru not opened for ordering as listed. The doors were unlocked, so I went inside and a man came up to the counter after yelling in the back at a worker about the till said they weren’t open. I thought this location was the better location, but nope just as terrible in customer service as the other ones.

Food could have been a little warmer but all in yummy stuff. The service was spot on that lady you had working she was all over the place working her butt off. And we could eat inside woooo hoooo.

Tried to order at the drive through but was told by the manager to hurry up because they were running out of food and if I didn’t hurry and finish my order I wasn’t going to get anything. It was 5:30 pm on a Tuesday. We just drove to Wendy’s down the road.

All these KFC places in green bay are awful. The manager at this one is rude and disrespectful. He shouldn't be arguing with the customers and raising his voice. Very unprofessional. And he said racial slurs.

The food tasted amazing and the service was really great; however, we were very disappointed in the quantity of food we received. We ordered a 16 piece family mean that was supposed to come with 4 large sides and 8 biscuits. We received 10 biscuits, which was amazing, but the sides were very small. It looked as if one small scoop was scooped into these larger containers, and we were unimpressed by this. The meal cost $54 which was not worth the amount of food we received! The manager was nice and gave us a free cake when we stopped inside, so the service truly was amazing. Just let down by the amount of food received for the cost.It is likely we will not be going back for this reason.

I order through the KFC website and got a confirmation number. The website dispatched a door dash driver to pick it up.The employees told the driver they didn’t have my order and were rude. They also only had the drive thru open.I had to call KFC support to have my money refunded because the local store wouldn’t even answer the phone.

The manager or who ever he is was very rude didn’t get the orders right and then blamed his co workers for his mistakes he wouldn’t let me get a word in without hm hushing me or threatening to kick me out of the store he cared more bout the drive thru customers then he did his inside customers we won’t be coming back this restaurant again ordered 3 piece meal and only got a 2 piece and was told if we wanted the other piece we would have to pay for it didn’t get the Mac n cheese we ordered the most rudiest service and customer service then I was charged for 2 kids meals it just shows this so called person was not paying attention to what I was saying and ordering. Someone really needs to do something with the manager or team leader whatever position this rude inconsiderate so called male.. there is no excuse or reason for this male person to treat paying customers in the manner I and others were treated.. if I could give negative stars I would that is the worse I’ve ever been treated in customer service and it’s so wrong in so many ways and not even be acknowledged.. I don’t want bad to happen but this manager - team leader needs to go the sooner the better for the public and the store .. If you enter this store enter at your own risk and be careful of a this American African and I hope you will get a lot better service than I and my family. I should have went through the drive through maybe I would have had a lot better service, if they don’t want to see and deal with the inside customer then close the inside dining .. we won’t even get started on that wait let’s do the tables were dirty and fountain machine was out of drinks .. this store really needs some major overhaul and the employees mainly the managers or lead people need to attend customer service classes and practice what they watch before entering a store… a poor manager and r lead will close a store faster than anything.. wake up kfc on Oneida. Hope this will help someone in the near and am far future…

I give the guy credit for trying to turn it around and being as nice as possible, but my order was a number 4 (3 piece tender meal) not a 13$ 4 piece dinner. Also, the extra crispy was a bit too crispy. It's bad when you bite into it and pull the full Iron Man chest plate off of your chicken breast. Not only that, they didn't have Ranch at the time. It's ok if you don't have sauce, cause you run out once in a while. But this was a travesty when we got home to eat. Won't be back again, but please work on it more.
