Food is not good and overpriced. Has gone way downhill over the years. They get by because of the location. Price gouging at its worst too! Place is also an eyesore, with all the money/benefits they bring in from stadium district you would think they could make the place look a little better. Place looks like a shithole.
I could name 15 places where you could get a better burger within a 30 mile radius.

worst place to eat. over the weekend we went to dinner there and the server spilled food on me. i wasn’t going to say anything because i know that serving is a stressful job, but when she turned to the other server and said “that’s karma for asking where their food is” that’s when i had enough. we waited close to an hour and a half for our food to arrive. the food was dry and they missed half of what we ordered. the service was rude and slow. i’m extremely disappointed in the outcome of this because now they are trying to cover this up and say that the incident didn’t happen when i have video evidence of the incident. i do not recommend this place to anyone

Sat for almost 30 minutes and no one ever acknowledged us. They have buttons on the table to call for service. Hit the button 3 times. You would think they would have better service considering they are right across the street from Lambeau field. We walked out and even the lady at the front counter kept her head down as our family by.

So it seems to me that whoever owns the place has given up and has decided since it is across from the stadium, it's a money grab. The place used to be excellent, and the service used to be excellent. Now, it's not worth the outrageous wait time for subpar and overpriced burgers when there are so many more great burger places in Green Bay. Skip, save, and search for a better place. Sorry Krolls, you used to be great, but not anymore.

We are visiting from Indy and knew we wanted a butter burger and some cheese curds. These curds melt in your mouth! So freaking good and the butter burgers were awesome! The servers were super friendly and very attentive.

Tried bringing my daughter for lunch since we had an appointment at titletown bellin. We sat down and pressed the button since it usually takes 10 minutes for the server to come. (We could see our table light up on their board) After 15 minutes of watching 3 other tables who came in after us get waited on, passing right by our table we decided we should find a restaurant that actually wants to serve lunch. There were 6 tables eating and 1 table got their food right after we sat down. No one else needed service so I take it personally. We have appointments weekly here for the next 6 months and Krolls West has been permanently removed from options to choose from. I will be sure to reference the continuous lack of service this business provides when it's suggested and my refusal to walk through those doors ever again. I also called my employer and told him what happened as this was a favorite business meeting spot. He has now moved all meetings elsewhere as he needs me at all the meetings.

On the menu it states the burger comes with ketchup, onion, pickles. I ordered mine with no pickles. What did I get pickles, mustard and no onion no ketchup. Don't worry the waitress literally ran away when I opened it up to reveal the pickles. I pressed the buzzer. Got a different waitress. Explained the problem. Got a new burger 20 minutes later and still wrong and dry as beef Jerky. Not even the butter dripping off it could hydrate that meat. Needless to say ended up paying and just leaving hitting up Culver's for the win. They don't respond to any reviews so that tells you they just simply do not care like their staff. Go to Stadium View or a couple blocks over and hit Cheessteak Rebellion for some great food and amazing atmosphere.
