Cauliflower was tasteless Ranch dressing very bland Tartar sauce really bad Hamburger lukewarm. Not a pleasant experience. Hated to pay for it. Service was very good.

Huge letdown. Was looking forward to the great old fashioned Krolls burger. It tasted like old burgers warmed up in the microwave. Definitely not freshly charbroiled!!!! No seasoning and not carefully assembled. The price was much too high for the quality of the experience. And $4.50 for a glass of chocolate milk was ridiculous!!

Janet was awesome, very friendly and great service. The food was tasty and came out fast and hot. One of the other staff members whose name I didn’t catch was so sweet with my son and chatted with him about the Olympics for several minutes. This place is awesome and we’ll be back any time we’re in Green Bay.

What a shame. Haven’t been here since I was a child.A group of 10 of us were there two hours before closing everybody ordered meals and it is the worst food we’ve ever had. Service match the food. I really regretted going there. I look forward to it all weekend. Close the place down if you don’t care about service, but don’t serve that type of food.

Ordered food at 8:20 pm. At 9:30 got a burger wrapped up in a paper. And looks worse than burger from gas station.
Probably they had more staff than customers, but yet …
Ordered burgers, fries, curds, cake “to go” for a family. Only fries were excellent.
Was really looking forward to a burger😕

Disappointing. We love a great burger~ can’t say this one was one. Burger was $9.00 by itself-The fries were good- they were an additional $3.50. Drinks were also $3.50. Two of the five staff members were friendly. Had to wait to pay. Sadly, a one and done. 🙁
The service was less than desirable. We stopped in today as it had been awhile. Sat down pushed the nostalgic Kroll’s button and waited and waited. After about fifteen minutes we left. The place was only about half busy. A couple of waitresses working but definitely no hurry from anyone. Pretty disappointed. But after seeing the most recent reviews it seems to be a common occurrence.

I recently went to Krolls for the first time and wasn’t too impressed. The server had to keep going back to the kitchen to ask questions while we were ordering (such as what vegetable sides are available). I found it strange that my meal didn’t come with any sides while my family’s meals each came with two. However, I wasn’t missing out because my family said that the Mac n cheese side tasted bad and the green beans side clearly came from a can. The baked potato didn’t come with any toppings, no butter or sour cream. The bill was delivered with our meal and we never saw our server again, so we couldn’t ask for those toppings. While paying, I was looking for a mint, and they wanted 10 cents a mint and kept them in a basket behind the counter. Yeah, we probably won’t be coming back.
