The food. Service and cleanliness at the location on the East Side is far superior than the one on the West side. The bathrooms were so disgusting. I decided to hold it in rather than using them. The food was way saltier than any of the other locations that I've been to and miss Sally bar was not kept up or very clean either.

02/09/25 - The chicken is the main reason to go, not the pizza. Ice machine was out, staff was great, but was slow on replacing pizza.
Spot was not my choice, but convenience and desires of others won out. We’ve been to multiple other Pizza House locations, this was the most busy it’s ever been during a visit.

The worst pizza ranch I have been to. Compared to the other ones I have been to this has got to be the worst one, very little food. Not much selection. Kept bringing out the same pizzas, pizza were not labeled correctly or at all. Only one flavor ice cream. However the staff was nice and friendly. I will not be coming back to this one.

Waited 10 minutes just for someone to come to the register, most of the pizzas that were out were clearly old and disgusting. They refused to make us a custom pizza due to lack of staff. The salad bar was missing 4 items. The nice cream machine did not work and they were out of 2 sodas. Definitely not a good time.

Went in for an event for my child’s school. Waited over a hour by the games for my child to cash out her tickets. Only excuse is being short staffed. How can you be short staffed when you know about an event?? For how expensive the buffet is and the low quality of food you could have at least made up for it with service.

Great pizza, always fresh ingredients on the salad bar, super Great you can tell them what you wanna get on the buffet and they will make it for you!

Left very dissapointed. Went there with two other people, specifically for the Thursday Night wing night, only to find out after we had paid, that they ran out of wings earlier in the day. No signs were posted, and others were also dissapointed. Overheard another group saying they wouldn't have come if they knew there were no wings.
At least post some sort of sign at the register letting people know. I too, would not have shown if I knew there were no wings.
Also, not fair to only have one person running the front end of the restaurant. That guy was running ragged trying to do everything.
