Best boba I've had in Green Bay!
This place has to be my most favorite boba place ever! We got the Taro flavored tea with mango boba and raspberry smoothie with kiwi popping boba. This is now my most favorite place to get good beverages. And it is not that far away from my house we can walk there any day.
Guava and Passionfruit flavored teaš¤©freaking refreshinggggg
Love the Boba lots of flavor. I recomend the popping Boba so good
QTea used to be a favorite of mine, but after todayās visit, I will not be back. The experience is totally different and Iām not sure if thatās due to new ownership, changes to business model, or both.
The customer service is the only thing that stood out about todayās visit. The young woman working was quick to greet me and take my order. She was also genuinely apologetic when explaining recent changes to their menu and rewards program.
I was disappointed by a few things:
- They no longer offer hot tea served in tea pots. This was the main draw & excitement of their ātea houseā experience. This used to be available when they originally opened on Oneida St. Iām not sure if that changed when they first moved to Military Ave or if it happened recently after moving locations. Either way, their website still lists this as an offering.
- Hot tea brewed from their loose-leaf blends comes in one size in cheap styrofoam/plastic cups that LEAK. At first I thought it was me making the mess but nopeā¦they leak after every sip and the turmeric ginger tea stains š
- They no longer serve small snacks. They used to offer delicious tea cookies and I was sad to see thatās no longer the case. Usually a ātea houseā will offer some kind of light snack to accompany the tea.
- It is not a cozy spot to sit and enjoy your tea and boba. The patio seems inviting for warmer nights but inside during the winter time was kind of miserable. I kept my jacket on the entire time because it was so chilly in there even while sipping on hot tea. My nose was noticeably cold if that tells you anything.
- Seating does not encourage a ātea houseā experience. There is about 11 hard chairs total (including bench) for inside seating. They have one comfy, leather couch that could fit maybe 4 people thatās right in front of the door and sliding garage doors. So you get a nice blast of cold air every time someone comes and goes. People should be encouraged to sit for a bit and take their time enjoying their drinks and socialize.
- They no longer offer froyo. Wasnāt a concern of mine as I stopped by for tea but it is still advertised on their website.
- Their response to some low-rated customer reviews is EMBARRASSING. A respectable business takes the time to professionally address low reviews. If you read through some old low rated reviews, some of the replies from the owner are straight up rude and disrespectful. You should care about your reputation and handle customer complaints with tact, even when they may be unkind in delivering their experience.
- No more rewards program. Notification was not given to folks who were earning points from previous visits either. This is sad as I think itās a small way to show appreciation for returning customers. Also, not notifying previous rewards members of this change seems in bad taste. Customers are more responsive to business changes when they get a heads up.
Based off this and their unprofessional remarks made to past customers online, I will not be back. I debated leaving 2 stars because they really do have quality tea and some of their boba drinks are good but their behavior online is unacceptable. Itās sad because I was really rooting for this business in previous years. They were the first of their kind in the area when they first opened and moving to a new, upgraded building was exciting to see. With this recent experience, it just left me disappointed to see things changed for the worse.
AMAZING PLEASE COME HERE AND GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY THEIR BOBA IS THE BEST IN TOWN I PROMISE YOU ššš
There were these children running around being loud and disruptive. They also kept running into the kitchen, which is a food safety issue. I like the drinks here and the staff is super nice, but please leave the kids home or find a different area for them to play in that isn't a food prep area. Also it took 15 minutes just to have tapioca pearls... which I thought was really odd for a boba place.

Always have a good experience here, the prices are good for the quality and size of drink you get. I usually get a smoothie + boba and it's great. The young ladies at the counter are always polite and friendly, would recommend getting boba + regular tea from here.

Not sure why this particular boba tea place is rated so poorly; we liked it a lot. Good selection, good taste, and fair prices, all in a professional, yet cozy setting. Also, lots of fruit/non-dairy options for people like me, who don't like the milk stuff. You can even combine flavors or opt for one of their funky loose leaf blends! Our one bad experience here was the one time we arrived here about 15 to 30 minutes before the listed closing time and the place was closed. I'll admit we were cutting it close, but that did surprise me a little. There wasn't a note, either. However, that was a one-time experience, and I'm a little regretful that it made me avoid this place for a while, seeing as it was also our first experience, because we've been denying ourselves what may well be the best boba place in the Green Bay area.
Parking: Not a huge lot by any means, but it's only attached to this business and, unfortunately, I don't ever really see anyone else here, so I cannot imagine it'd ever get too busy to find a spot. Besides, it's also right next to a McDonald's location (the cool vintage one I genuinely think needs to be preserved for cultural purposes), so there's always that to fall back on - but you didn't get that from me!

Shows open til 8 tonight (Monday), got there about 6:40 and it's locked up. Door shows open til 7, no note about closing early.
Honestly just confused about this whole endeavor. I frequent this place and this was my first encounter of child labor. I walked in to two very small children at the counter who continued to make my drink. Not very well but two stars since they tried. The atmosphere wouldāve been fine if I wasnāt the only adult in the establishment.
