The short round one told me it would be 20mins for a lemonade and a spaghetti with meatballs when it's sitting available right in front of her.

I went to the mall in baypark square and got a coffee at shop next door and went to get a slice of pizza. The coffee shop didn't have a spoon so I went to get one at the Sbarro. The employee looked at me and insultingly spoke what are you doing. I decided I didn't want pizza from them any longer. He should be fired for his impolite horrible customer service.

They have went downhill over the years. The sad thing is Some people don't know how great They used to be in the early 2000s. Garlic knots, the Stromboli was amazing and the pizza was actually edible. The last good thing they had was Sicilian pizza and I haven't seen that in years.

We were the only people standing there at the counter waiting to be taken care of and the guy just looked at us and didn't say anything. After about a minute he finally came over and we told him what we wanted. He looked at the item (spinach stromboli) in the hot case suspiciously, said nothing and disappeared into the back to get another employee to get the stromboli. The other employee also looked at the stromboli in the case weirdly before finally tossing it in the oven to be heated. Not sure what that was about, but that certainly isn't good customer service. At the register we asked for a cup of ice water, but the guy said all they had were bottles of water. Not sure why he had to lie about that because all soda machines are equipped with a water button/setting.

I'd avoid coming here if I were a potential patron. Terrible experience.

Standing in line waiting. I am next in line and I'm ignored and they assisted the next person. Noodles hard as rock. When asked for a refund on the pasta told I couldn't have one because "I touched it" I was also told that is how noodles come. The "shift supervisor" looked like he hasn't showered in days and appeared dirty. He was incredibly rude.
Not worth the money or time. You couldn't pay me to go back. Thank you sbarro for showing how horrible customer service will make you lose business.

Sbarro is my husband's favorite treat but the location is inconvenient having to park and go into the mall so I will swing through once in a while to surprise him with a treat and it always makes him happy ♡ I love their cheese slices yummy!!

It's pretty consistent with other Sbarro locations, in that it's exactly what you'd expect from a mall food court. They have pizzas and pastas, along with typical fast food drinks options. They are pretty reasonably priced for what you get.

I ordered a stromboli, it had plastic string in it. When I brought it back to them and they seen it was actually cooked into the food the guy said it was ok because it was just from the brush. I asked for a refund and he said "no pick something else". When I pressed for the refund he finally gave it to me but said I don't get a receipt showing it went back on my card because I had an attitude
