Scooters is a great coffee house. If you are on the go and love good coffee I'd give it a go. I tried the Galaxy coffee and a cinnamon roll and was not disappointed. I highly recommend Scooters.

Drink tasted watered down and chunks of ice in a blended drinks. when I called to talk to a manager I got hung up on numerous of times. Talked to some one and they couldn’t help me remake the drink .

Tonight, a little after 8 PM, I went to order a coffee (at Scooters on Oneida St. in Green Bay, WI). No cars in the lot, drive through was empty, but appeared open, so I drive up. I sit there a few minutes, no one's helping. So, I assume they're closed and go to leave. As I'm passing the drive-thru window, here sits an employee at the register, on her phone! Wow! No coffee from any of Scooters, Starbucks it is! The White Chocolate Mocha (from Starbucks a few doors down) was delicious, and the customer service even better!

Oreo blender was great, ordered with 2 espresso shots.
The fruit smoothies aren't the best, very bland unfortunately. I've tried the wildberry in smoothie and fruit n ice blends, both not worth it.
Staff is always very friendly and helpful! Always a good and efficient place to stop and grab coffee.

While at scooters I ordered a maple waffle sandwich and when I got to the window they said they didn’t have my order so I was told the price and paid, then handed my phone to them to scan for points and he said no I can’t do that because I already paid. Very inconvenient while running a special for 2 $5 purchasers in a week and no receipt!

It is very upsetting that they do not have enough staff to make coffees and that they're taking a very long period of time to make orders because of their short staffed. I almost ran late for school because of how long it was taking
