So much better than over paying at that other place.....we even tipped the girl in the back 20$ for sitting on a milk crate putting the little tiny smile stickers on the lids. Fast friendly service and the drinks we ordered were so much better than expected.

Coffee is delicious. It's a true coffee place for real coffee drinkers. They do have some fun sugary drinks too. I usually don't know what I want because everything looks good. I ask for suggestions and they always help make a great coffee.

First.Slow moving long line. Second. ordered an iced mocha and took a drink, it was chunky. I couldn’t turn around and go get a new drink. So I called about it to warn them and instead the person on phone decided to talk over me saying I needed to stir it. (Of course I stirred it?)Just remember to be kind and treat others the way you want to be treated.

i cannot handle how much people rave about this place. I’ve tried several drinks(not purchased, given to me from someone else) and hated all of them. They changed their energy drinks and they are now chalky. I’ve tried their lattes and can clearly see they know little to nothing about coffee. I’ve tried to ask basic questions about coffee or their drinks and no one has ever been able to answer. They don’t know what roast they have for coffee and they were unable to tell me what syrups they use.I know they are supposed to upsell. I know people that have worked there for short periods of time. (if they don’t they get yelled at) But being screamed at through the drive thru speaker is the last thing I need. It’s interesting that they are trying to be overly friendly at the speaker but once you get to the window or try to speak to management, you’re an inconvenience.I’ve also been told about the homophobic manager. I don’t think he’s working at the oneida st one anymore but I’ve been told horror stories about how he talks and treats the employees. I understand they’re held to a certain expectation as employees, however making condescending and disrespectful comments to your employees is gross.

This particular location has heightened the bar on service. Janelle (forgive me if I got that wrong) sold me on their cinnamon roll, which was like ambrosia!! Emily, as well as Sammy, make for an awesome team!!! Their caramel line of coffee didn't offer the "two piece combo" knockout I was hoping for, but separately, both the roll and coffee are superb! Go to this location (On Oneida near Chipotle) if you want to see what excellent service looks like! Thank you, ladies, you made my day!! We will be back!

Actually, a pretty good hot Americano if I'm being entirely honest! On the lines of a small single store espresso taste. Would take that Americano over a Starbucks Americano any day. Only thing Starbucks has going for it, sadly, is they're everywhere.

For a drive threw, I was not sure how to rate the atmosphere. I like my car so it rated high. Service was kind and polite. Got to support smaller companies to keep good old completion going. It will take a little while to learn the menu, but it looks like some nice options.

we live in downtown chicago but whenever we visit family in de pere, I take the 15 min drive the second I wake up to this scooters coffee! the coffee is delicious and the service is impeccable! this morning, the sweetest girl handed me my drink and asked me how my day was and what my plans were and I just thought she was so kind! I didn’t get her name but she had darker hair and cute pink nails. always have great service here :)
