Great variety of frozen yogurt options and tons of toppings.
Great staff, and cause. They donate almost every month to local schools.
Their frozen yogurt has live and active cultures in it too so it's great for your gut.
Pretty great!! Just so busy!
“Great spot to grab some frozen yogurt — it’s like a tasty ice cream treat! Perfect whether you’re going solo, with family, or hanging out with friends.”
Yogurt is very good. I got the fruity flavors and they only 3-4 fruity flavors. It would be nice if they had more but the overall atmosphere is great and the workers are young and don’t say much but overall a good place to get frozen yogurt.
Love their yogurt!
Great for introverts who don't have to talk to anyone I can just make my sweet treat how I like it love this place
Kid-friendliness: Wonderful place for kids, has spaces for kids to play and learn while eating fro-yo. Smart Cow is great for children and families.

Ice cream is good but the girl working behind the counter really lacked customer skills

Very wide range of frozen yogurt flavors, and good (but average) topping selection. Price climbs to the stratosphere before you know it. It's good stuff but not a great value.

While the frozen yogurt was amazing and the place itself was nice and cozy, the employees had horrible customer service skills. There was no acknowledgement of the employees, even when one was stocking something on the other side of the counter that I was at and another was wiping some of the machines down right next to me. When I went to go check out, the cashier had her back to me and it took her a minute to realize I was there and when she did, she also said nothing except for my total cost in a monotone voice.

Our family loves Smart Cow! My son, especially—see attached review he made for a school assignment 😂 5/5 stars!
I LOVE SMART COW. Appleton got rid of all of their frozen yogurt :(. My friends introduced me to smart cow and it is 100% worth the 30 minute drive.

Been coming here for years. One of my old go-to’s for a sweet craving or short hangout. Unfortunately the prices are now a bit too steep. I got a quarter of my cup filled and no toppings/syrup my total was over $5. I understand costs of goods have gone up but at least with the price they have they should train cashiers to have better customer service skills as they are very monotone and almost make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them by going to checkout. The espresso flavor tasted odd this time around, almost as if it had spoiled. It’s still a cute place to come and grab a quick froyo but only when part of the payment is going towards one of the school fundraisers.
