Waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order when there were 3 people working the drive thru and less than 5 cars in line. New employee who just clocked in took my drink order and the customers behind me as well. Barista(s) were slow and forgot to make it so I had to remind the person be what I ordered. I'll go to more productive locations in the future.

TIP SCAM $$$
The lady clicked herself a tip on the card reader in the drive thru and then brought it up to my tap-card so I was not able to change it prior to my card getting read. I asked them to void it and she said her manager was on lunch. (Convenient) …well my card always alerts me of charges as soon as it’s ran and it didn’t alert me until after I was driving away, so they could have voided it. I am happy to tip but I always tip cash. It’s people like this that ruin it for everyone.
Ordered ahead on the app last week and this week, was told would be done in 10 minutes. Waited over 20 minutes and they still were not done. Only for one drink each time.

I've recently started using this shop. Whoever takes my order decides how its made not me. I order the same drinks and instead of giving my order they do it the easy way. If a person wants 2 added shots of espresso and corrects you when try tell them its not the same as a double frap instead they just give me what they want extra pumps of the coffee flavoring . To difficult to give a customer what they wanted. You have to actually pour the shots on top. To hard to ring up and to hard to make apparently.

I'm gonna shout out to alex. He always gets my drink right even if I don't always remember his name. And I told him once how I like my drink. Because it is considered weird and has made it right ever since I am starting to get recognized by my cup and always told how cute it is. I just wish the app made it a thing where you had to go through.And pick which route you're taking to get your drink Instead of just assuming one. Make it like a requirement to say, Hey, I'm going inside or I'm going through drive through for my drink. And you're not allowed to order until you adjust it. Because on days when I forget, i feel really bad that it puts walking in when I'm usually doing drive through.
