I never go inside at this location I always drive through. I have never had any issues with my purchases. I frequently order a drive through pick up in the app and never wait long for my beverage. Staff are always friendly and helpful with questions. The area around the outside of the building is always clean and tidy.

Went this morning for a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. It is my favorite. I don’t get to come often, so was excited for it. The drink I received tasted nothing like a brown sugar drink. I knew it looked different when I got handed it, but thought maybe it just mixed together. Tasted basically like milk, no brown sugar taste at all, not even sure if there was espresso in it. Normally love this location as they are very fast, but was very disappointed today as the drinks aren’t cheap.

This is a beautiful store, I come here in the morning everyday to study and grab something to eat and the staff are the sweetest most accommodating people, the place is always clean and every drink is always made perfect. There’s not a better Starbucks in Green Bay.

Good service the 3 or 4 times I stopped on my business trip.
Did Starbucks become a cult? Why the hell is there no menu on the wall, like I'm just supposed to know what they have? They said they only have their "features items" on the wall. Then both drinks come out disgusting because they don't ask any questions. We literally threw our drinks away after 2 sips. Please stop trying to be elitist and just make coffee drinks like the rest of the places

I don’t remember asking for EXTRA ice CHUNK in my drink. I got the caramel ribbon crunch. Or was I given a drink made earlier and the ice was thrown in to keep the drink cold. Smh, disappointed!

I ordered a Sugar cookie Almond Milk Latte with a Sub of Whole milk because I have a slight allergy to some nuts- and don’t want to test it with almonds. My drink was make with almond milk and I when they realized it said whole milk they added a splash to the top. Luckily I caught it and didn’t drink too much, but didn’t have time to go back. Ive ordered this drink many times this way and have never had an issue. Wish staff would pay attention to this because if I did have a serve allergy it could have been worse. The staff was friendly and my sandwich was good.
