I need a refund. All subs was terrible. The food tasted like it was out for a couple of days. The bread was dry, falling apart in crumbs. This was the worst experience!! The kid working was nice though. I don't blame him. I blame management for not overseeing good quality food for customers. My daughters ended up getting sick and didn't eat all of the subs they received. Please give me a refund for the $36 dollars I spent on this!!! I will be leaving an extra review on this
I hate to be that guy I really do. I bite into my sub and regrettable I bit into a large piece of hair that went all the way through the entire sub… this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here either. Don’t get me wrong the staff is very friendly this is not a knock on them. I did an online order a few months ago and they didn’t make it after I ordered it an hour in advance. Other times the speed of completing an order has been lack luster. I believe the other day I was the only one in line and it took ten minutes to complete my order. I have an hour lunch so it’s not an issue but it’s definitely not ideal. The restaurant is also quite dirty I’m sad to report. The sign next to the register you can see what looks like drip marks on it aswell as an uncomfortable amount of dust at eye level of the register.

Ordered online an hour before pick-up. Was ready 20 mins after arrival for pickup time. Sub was cold. Did not have enough vegetables, which the employees were questioning how they ran out of. Someone needs to step in and refresh some training. Come on man

This Subway is constantly running out of food. And not just little things...they're often out of multiple types of bread and multiple proteins regardless of when you stop by. If you want to be disappointed, this is the place to go.

At least the staff are friendly. The food itself did not look the greatest in the cases. It’s been a while since I’ve been to Subway, but the prices are completely outrageous. One thing they can do, is ask if it’s for here or to go. That way, I don’t have to make a mess all over the table without a tray.

Theirs is no shot that every single time i’ve ordered on line for pick up something was wrong. they literally gave me a completely wrong sandwich and have forgotten cookies every time i order

Have to ask 5 times for more Mayo and Sriracha sauce on my sandwich. That's unacceptable. I can understand once or twice, but 5 times for each is sad.I'm not even 110 pounds with my clothes on. Don't skimp the calories on someone skinny trying to put on weight.I saw 3 people in front of me get a tiny line of any sauce/mayo that they asked for. This dude who did the sandwich was quick to close sandwiches after putting nearly no sauce/mayo on their sandwiches.Overall this place is trying to skimp people with the minimum they can on your sandwich.For now on, only going to use coupons if I go to this location and overall to any subway.In addition the 20 something year old behind the counter is using the same gloves for everyone's sandwich along with touching cash and the cash register and putting is hands with the same gloves on, touching his pants.Doesn't this kid understand how nasty cash is, let alone ones pants. Change gloves between sandwiches.

Times may be getting tough, and everyone should be given the opportunity to better themselves. However, having a person with a limited command of the English language may not be the best person to be working the counter at Subway.

There are always different people working and they don't know what they're doing. One guy didn't speak or understand English, customers had to point at what they wanted. They were putting the wrong meat on the subs. Employees never friendly. We live in the neighborhood and go quite frequently, but never again!

Slow service and the bread was dry
Stopped in Saturday afternoon around 400. After making my sandwich he told me they were out of mayonnaise. Seriously???? I asked if they had more in the back and he said yes but it was in really big containers. I am not eating a dry sandwich because your employees don't want to refill an item. The other employee did go back and fill the containers to finish my order. Not the first time we have had issues at this location.
