Ok so chick at counter VERY rude. Had to literally beg to get a item the way I wanted it (certain things you cannot customize on kiosks). Came for the new midnight dew, was told it's gone. Fuzzy cheese on items. Steer clear of this dump.

Ordered about $60 worth of food. Only received half of it. Went back and the manager was very nice but I still didn't get what I ordered. Was charged $21 for 3 burritos that was supposed to be $3 each. My crunchwrap was disgusting with no crunch... Missing the tostada in it. Still didn't receive the taco that's supposed to go with that meal. I'll NEVER go back to this Taco Bell. So I guess I'll be hungry tonight... AFTER SPENDING $60 ON FOOD!!!! If I could give this place negative stars I would!

Rebecca and Mateo were amazing, service is 5 stars for sure, nut balls are probably my new favorite thing on the menu. All around great experience being able to laugh with a fast food worker is a top experience.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The person taking our order in the drive through was so rude I couldn’t believe it and thought I was being pranked. She legit belittled me and it took everything in me not to crash out. My mobile order took 20 minutes after I was already there and the employees all look generally unwell.

They were swamped after a nearby event ended but managed to keep the drive thru moving. Staff was super friendly and cheerful despite the workload.
