We tried this place for the first time and the burgers we ordered hit the spot. We ate the Wisconsin and Mushroom; both tasty. If we weren't so tired, the virtual golf looked fun.

Went there April 27th 2024 before seeing the Charlie Berens show at the Resch. We had reservations 5:30pm. Arrived a little before 5:20pm. Group size: 10To sum things up… We were at the restaurant from 5:20-7:15pm. Never received our FOOD order( We had to CANCEL) and was only served one drink!!Poor wait staff/management. I think in that time period more could have been done about our situation. The thing that disappointed me the most was management never game to our table to personally apologize for our inconvenience. Instead our waiter said he was getting yelled at by Manager. Would have then liked the Manager of the shift to come apologize to our table.Because now instead of enjoy a nice dinner before the show at your establishment, we were now forced to wait in long lines at the Resch center.

This place was good a long time ago… we had two tables of a dozen people. Service was scattered and random … everyone’s food was cold when we finally received it. It appears there’s not near enough wait staff and food sat under the “heat lamp” until it was finally brought out luke warm or even ice cold. Montana did her best but seemed overwhelmed with the amount of tables she had. What should have been an hour meal turned into two hours and no one went away happy. There are plenty of other restaurants worth spending our hard earned money at…At least there’s decent parking .

This place exceeded our expectations. We stopped in for TopGolf and ended up getting nachos and a caesar salad. Both were so delicious. The drinks were refreshing. Our waiter was attentive. We can't wait to go back!

This is a great place for the best of many worlds. The atmosphere is a classic bar/lounge atmosphere and can be just that. If you want the simulators or other activities, then there are also options. The food and drink are good and the staff is extremely friendly and attentive.

If this place wasn't near Lambeau field it would be out of business. The service is abysmal. Food is great, drinks are good. I sat for 30 minutes before anybody even bothered to come by my table. The bartender never is busy but refuses to walk over to serve customers. Compliments to the kitchen staff but everyone else should be

Second time going and not receiving service after being seated for nearly 15 minutes. The first time we were seated at a table and no one came to our table for more than 10 minutes so we left. Today we sat at the bar and a bartender watched us sit down. Proceeded to do a drawing, and then started throwing away entries from the drawing instead of offering us a menu or a drinks. We continued to wait for almost 15 minutes while the bartender spoke to other patrons and employees. (At one point she turned our back to us and continued talking to another employee.) There were less than 10 people in the entire building today and at least 5 people working. Very disappointed in the terrible service provided.

Such a fun evening celebrating a birthday. Great service and food.
The suite was very spacious with a variety of comfortable seating.We had 5 adults and 2 children in our group.The games were a lot of fun for all ages.The server was attentive to our needs.We didn't order food this time but will definately go back.Very easy to book on line.Keep it up!

2-star rating. Despite its proximity to Lambeau Field, my experience was disappointing. For a place often visited by out-of-towners, it fell short in several aspects: 1. Poor simulations, 2. Weak adult beverages, 3. Expensive food and drinks, and 4. Mediocre service. The only redeeming factor is its cool atmosphere, but even the suite lacked proper management with torn seams on the floor.

I’ve been to the Turn about 8 times and every time I have been disappointed with the service. Food is great. Location is great. Literally everything is great here except the service. During one of my visits I was sitting at the bar and not once did the bartender come down to where we were sitting. It was not busy and I had to keep walking over to where the bartender was if I wanted service. Hope the Turn figures it out before the 2025 draft.

Stopped to have lunch with my daughter and granddaughters today. They sat us and did not return to table, after almost 20 minutes with two small children asking for something to eat we left!! Have been there a few times at different times of day with very poor service!! Probably not going back at this point or recommending to anyone? It’s very unfortunate because the titletown atmosphere is fun!!
