Nice people but didn't seem very put together in the back, took a while for them to get the food together and noticed a couple people continuously forgetting to put a part of the meal in. Food is good though.

i was very upset when doordash didnt have the orange hi-c option from their freestyle machine, so i settled and ordered fanra orange. lo and behold the workers actually read my mind and gave me hi-c orange. goated employees and goated wendy’s

So..... They give a free Frosty to kids who come after their game with their jersey on. My son plays for The Miracle League (a baseball league for special needs kids). He wanted to come get his free Frosty after his game tonight. The employee told us they don't honor or recognize that league and it don't count towards that free frosty! Pretty damn horrible is you ask me. My son was confused, but we all bought frostys anyway. Shame on you WENDYS!!!!!!!!!

The place was freezing to death. Customer service was so-so. The wait for the food took forever. Don't think about going in to eat inside. Is gonna make your food any faster? It doesn't at all quite to the contrary. You get to wait till they're all done with their drive-through people before they even think about you is the way it appeared to us.
