Made an online order for 3 footlongs. One chicken bacon ranch, one ham and cheese and one Philly. Gave instructions for the chicken bacon ranch to heat just the chicken and bacon. Gave instructions to heat just the steak meat. No surprise simple instructions weren't followed. The Philly was ice cold and instead of a chicken bacon ranch sub I was given a Roast beef and bacon sub! Nothing was even heated. I'm done going to the subway in Auburndale!

The young lady helping me was wonderful, a hasenhorl girl. Then a young man came to the counter to help make sandwiches and was very rude to her and condescending, it was uncomfortable for not only me and her but the other people in line as we all just looked at each other not believing how rude this young man was being. 35.00 for 2 foot longs cookies and chips? Never ever again will I eat at Subway, with this economy that cost is incredulous. The sandwiches were average and the atmosphere was toxic. Do better subway..

Sent order while in store at 2:35 Went to counter at 3:05 to request the sandwiches started eating at 3:12Quoted time was 2:50. He apologized for he said it was busy but sitting in the lobby we had about 5 minutes of not another customer in there and the sandwiches weren’t started. I’m sure there are side tasks that needed to be completed but I believe the primary task should’ve been taken care of first.Sandwiches were excellently made and very good. With a lot of subways it shut or miss but he nailed it making them

I normally have had good service at this subway. However, they recently changed their hours and now close at 6 pm. What restaurant closes at 6 pm? That's dinner time! I arrived a little after 6 and one of the employees was rude when I asked about why they are now closing at 6 when they used to close at 8:30. Not impressed.
