“My father and I came to the restaurant and ordered a fairly big to go order. I was prepared to wait 20-30 mins based on the size of the order placed. Y'all the food was done in 10-15 minutes!! While waiting though the atmosphere feels like walking into your grandmas house. Its inviting and colorful, very retro. The entire staff (cooks, manager and waitresses) were so friendly. They engaged in conversations the whole time we waited and displayed such friendliness. Ontop of that the restaurant is super clean. When I got home I was missing the gyros. Called and let them know. Human mistakes happen its no biggie. When I came back they were so sweet and apologized and offered me pie for the miss. They surpassed all expectations. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. If you come to Osseo please give this place a try!”

“I love this subway, its always really well kept and the staff is nice, even when you come in minutes before closing time. But today, we came in at 9 and the guy working who’s name I’m pretty sure is Jake, and he had the WORST attitude I have ever experienced. My boyfriend was waiting on me to use the bathroom and told him he wasn’t ready to order yet because he was waiting for me and Jake proceeded to have attitude with him. Then when I was out there and pointed to the type of chicken I wanted Jake proceeded to get this horrible attitude with me and raised his voice as he asked me what type of chicken, even though i was literally pointing at it, and then proceeded to list all of them off. Then when he asked if I wanted it toasted and I said no, he got MORE attitude with me and was like “okay whatever.” I have genuinely not seen this bad of attitude from a worker here before. I’m sorry that you’re balding and seem to be pissed off about that, but that does not mean to take it out on customers!!”

“Nice space, large building. Crispy chips and tots. My wife and I found the food delicious. We had the fish sandwiches. The bathroom is designed very well and even has a keg urinal which is very cool. I would definitely come back.”

“Drive-thru pickup of an online Rib value meal deal. Rib sandwiches were sort of sloppily assembled and scant on fixings. One sandwich had BBQ sauce the other hardly any. One had a few onions the other had two slivers. Our medium fry was like a small in the container. I just had to shake my head and smirk. Our Big Mac was assembled well. The young man working the window was very smiley and nice.”
